There is plenty of room to spread out in this beautifully decorated custom-built home that has it all - an elevator, private dock with deep water access to the Intracoastal Waterway, and sunsets made to order. It's a short walk (less than 5 minutes) to the beach, ice cream parlor, arcades, mini-golf, restaurants and museum.
The two-story great room with gas fireplace, the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, separate dining room, and second-floor master bedroom all look out over the ICW and canal. Each bedroom has its own attached, private bathroom. A separate den, with queen-size pullout couch, provides an additional place to relax, or can be used as a fifth bedroom. Wireless internet access is available throughout
the house.
Our home was built with accessibility in mind. The interior elevator serves all floors. The Green bedroom is attached to bathroom w/ ADA compliant fixtures. All doorways throughout house are 36" wide. The only thresholds are exterior down to decks.
Fish from the benches of the private dock with fish cleaning station. Rinse the sand from your toes in the large & private outdoor shower and then sit out on one of the decks or the screened porch and take in the awe-inspiring views of the sun setting over the Waterway.
We built the house that we would want to rent - and are delighted to share it with other families.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS HOUSE IS AVAILABLE AS A FAMILY RENTAL ONLY AND THE PERSON SIGNING THE CONTRACT MUST BE AT LEAST 30 YEARS YOUNG.

- No Pets Allowed: We make an exception for licensed service dogs.
- Handicapped Accessible (may have limitations): This house is specifically designed to be accessible. All doorways are 36" wide, all toilets meet ADA standards and there is a large ADA approved shower.
- Wheelchair Accessible (may have limitations): Our home was built with accessibility in mind. Green bedroom is attached to bathroom w/ ADA compliant fixtures. Doorways throughout house are 36" wide. The only thresholds are exterior down to decks.
- Kid Friendly: Children are very much welcome. Please note, however, that our home is NOT "childproof" and there is direct access to the dock.
- Minimum Age Limit for Renters: This house is available as a "family rental" only. The person signing the contract must be at least 30 yrs. old.
- Smoking Not Allowed: Smoking - and the use of other tobacco products - is prohibited in the house and on the porches.

Myrtle Beach is only 30 miles to the south, and historic Wilmington is 40 miles to the north.
