Our Marco Island luxury vacation home is truly a vacation paradise for friends and family. Built in 2004, there are all the amenities for a perfect Island getaway.

This fully furnished home features 2200 square feet under air (3200 square feet total), three bedrooms, two full baths and a spacious study with custom desk and chair. Huge master suite with Roman tub and large custom tiled shower and direct access to the pool and lanai. High speed wireless internet throughout. Our home has three sets of pocketed glass doors that open to the lanai and pool to create a unique and spacious living area. Vaulted cathedral ceilings in the main living area and ten foot ceilings throughout make it feel open and airy. A private 50 foot dock awaits for fishing and sunning.

Swim in the private heated pool overlooking Wintergreen Waterway. Enjoy your breakfast in the spacious outdoor lanai. Best of all, Marco Island's beautiful six-miles of white sand beach is only three short blocks away...a five minute walk.

Marco Island, Florida is known for spectacular white sandy beaches, fabulous fishing and boating and sunny tropical weather. Marco Island is 15 miles south of Naples, FL and 45 minutes from SW Florida International Airport. Close to golf, great dining and shopping.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes

Marco Island is beautiful, laid back and provides all the amenities needed for a short term or long term stay. The Beach is beautiful, the Island is clean and very safe. Restaurants and grocery stores provide variety and quality. The new walking path on Collier Blvd. is convenient for bikers, runners and walkers.

The Unique Benefits at this House

We spend the majority of our time in our Lanai relaxing and enjoying our Pool. Our Pool is refreshingly large (14x28) and very private. We also love the walking access to the Beach for surf and sunsets. Residents Beach is 3 blocks. You must be a minimum 30-day guest to use Residents Beach but there is a walking entrance at Madiera Condos, two blocks south of Residents Beach. We can also walk to breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nene's is a quaint breakfast and lunch spot and Joeys Pizza is one of our favorites, with an indoor/outdoor bar area.

Laurie and I love Forida's West Coast and its Beaches. We started in Pensacola and vacationed our way South all through the 90's. We eventually made it to Marco Island and realized this was "it". We purchased our lot in 1997 and built our dream home in 2004. Shortly after closing, we married on the Beach at the Marco Hilton. Our future plans point to residing on Marco Island.
