Our Marco Island luxury vacation home is truly a vacation paradise for friends and family. Built in 2004, there are all the amenities for a perfect Island getaway.
This fully furnished home features 2200 square feet under air (3200 square feet total), three bedrooms, two full baths and DSL-high speed internet-ready study. Huge master suite with Roman tub and large custom tiled shower and access to the pool and lanai. Our home has three sets of pocketed glass doors that open to the lanai and pool to create a unique and spacious living area. Vaulted cathedral ceilings in the main living area and ten foot ceilings throughout make it feel open and airy. A private 50 foot dock awaits for fishing and sunning.
Swim in the private heated pool overlooking Wintergreen Waterway. Enjoy your breakfast in the spacious outdoor lanai. Best of all, Marco Island's beautiful six-miles of white sand beach is only three short blocks away...a five minute walk.
