This is a fantastic vacation rental that keeps you out of the heart of heavy ski traffic. The home was built in 2002, completely furnished and with hardwood floors throughout. A very kid-friendly home.
The location is ideal, a nice straight drive to Downtown Truckee just two miles, Hwy. 80 2 miles, Northstar seven miles, Squaw Valley 12 miles, Alpine Meadows 15 miles, Sugar Bowl 15 miles, and 20 minutes to Lake Tahoe.
This home has a large two car garage with more than enough storage for your gear and easy parking for four other cars in level driveway. Large yard with close proximity to Prosser Lake for fishing, hiking, mountain biking, or just flat out relaxing.
