This platinum vacation rental is conveniently located beside the golf course, on the free bus line, walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort, shopping, and the Sundance Film Festival. The 1 bedroom unit below is also available for larger parties. (264280) We also have a three bedroom town home at the top of Main St. (102709), and a 2 bedroom All Season Condo (387693). To make your vacation as healthy as it is enjoyable, we've used "green" paints and all-natural American Clay on the walls. The cathedral ceilings in the living room and bedrooms are lined with cedar planks. Floors are travertine, bamboo, and 100-percent wool carpet. The kitchen features Bosch Euro-style appliances, quartz counters, and wood cabinets. Bathrooms in each master suite are tiled in stone and feature radiant-heated floors. The open layout with 24 ft ceilings create a peaceful environment for socializing and relaxing. Beds feature memory foam mattress pads, down comforters and 400 thread count linens. The condo also features three flat-screen televisions with Blu-Ray players throughout. This sleek and serene environment was designed by one of Park City's elite designers, TLM Interiors. So if you find yourself not wanting leave the couch to battle the crowds on Main Street after a day of skiing, golfing or catching the latest Sundance indie flick, don't feel guilty that's how we designed it.
This is Park City lodging on the free bus line, where you can walk to Eagle Lift or take the free shuttle one stop, steps from your door to Payday Lift. Great town and a growing economy. We work and play in Park City and see Park City as an ever expanding town with wonderful investment potential. We just love living here. It is an amazing place.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Lotsa powder. We ski upwards of 50 days in the winter. We love that we can ski the morning and ski down to the condo and warm our toes in front of the fire. Summers are more beautiful than the winter and we spend a lot of time at the pool.
You can get all the goodies you need for your stay right across the street. No car necessary.
You can walk or take the free bus up Park Ave right to Main St to experience the charm of Old Town Park City

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Park City in spite of the lack of snow. The condo was exactly what we were looking for. It was perfect for 2 couples; comfortable, clean, modern, convenient and beautifully furnished. Jeff couldn't have been more helpful! We'll definitely be back.

We loved the condo & it's location! We would most definitely go back again. It had all the luxuries of home and made our Christmas vacation spectacular! When we found that the entry area needed replaced bulbs, Jeff immediately replaced them which made our evening walks home much safer! The outdoor heated pool & hot tub was such a bonus after a day of skiing! Meeting the locals in the hot tub provided restaurant guides away from the touristy areas and were added benefits! Outstanding!

Our family enjoyed four summer weeks in this comfortable unit. We loved waking up to the view of Park City mountain and being steps away from restaurants and the movie theater. The kids especially liked the pool and being able to ride their bikes in the cul de sac. The owners are very helpful and kind.

The best place we've ever stayed at in P.C. We've been comming up here and S.L.C. for 25 years and this is by far the best. The great price and beautifully furnished, spacious, and well appointed condo was all you could hope for. Easy access to all P.C. has to offer. Very friendly and helpful host, great to do business with.

This was our family's third visit to Park City and this Park Ave condo was our best choice yet. We have two teen girls and they had privacy in their bedroom on the main floor while my husband and I were on the second level. The bedrooms are much larger than most we have found in PC condos. Because the location is so central to everything, the girls could get to the slopes, Old Town, and of course, the malls, on their own. But the condo is big enough so that when we were all there, there was plenty of space to spread out. Also real handy having Albertson's and Burger King across the street. We love to play golf almost as much as we love to ski so we're planning to come back and stay here in the spring. Paula K and family

We have found our home in Park City. After trying many other locations over the past 7 years. The condo at Park Avenue is perfect. This was our second year and as long as it is available this will always be our first choice. The convenience can't be beat. The addition of the down comforters this year was great. We stayed here for a week in January and had the best time. The condo was perfectly located for all our needs. Albertson's was right across the street which was so convenient for shopping. We followed Jeff's advice and took the free bus every morning to the base of the mountain which took all of 5 minutes. We also walked to Eagle Lift which was not bad at all. Cole Sport right next door was awesome, and set up the whole family up with skis. Jeff was right when he said it was one of the best locations in Park City and so much cheaper than the other management companies we originally dealt with. The condo was clean with fresh linens and down comforters. It was also bigger than we expected. We will be back. We love Park City and Park Ave Condos. Thanks!
