To make your vacation as healthy as it is enjoyable, we've used "green" paints and all-natural American Clay on the walls. Floors are travertine, bamboo, and 100-percent wool carpet. Sheets and towels are organic cotton. We use only "green" cleaning and laundry products. The kitchen features Bosch Euro-style appliances, quartz counters, and wood cabinets. Bathrooms in each master suite are tiled in stone. The open layout of the living areas welcomes lots of light and the living room, bedrooms and cathedral ceilings are lined with cedar. The interiors are professionally designed by one of Park City's elite designers, TLM interiors, and feature three flat-screen televisions.

You can't beat this location, on the free bus line, where you can walk to Eagle Lift or take the free shuttle one stop, steps from your door to Payday Lift. This nicely decorated and comfortable condo can truly boast the most central location in Park City. Park Avenue Condos are beside the golf course only a short walk from Park City Mountain Resort and on the border of charming Old Town with its four-star dining, world-class shopping, and unique art galleries. Albertson's, Starbuck's and Blockbuster are across the street.

The free bus, only steps from your front door, can take you around town or to The Canyons or Deer Valley if you would like to experience the amazing variety of ski terrain Park City offers. The Nordic track also runs right past your doorstep if cross country is your style. And we are not just owners but locals, so if you need some friendly advice about where the best powder stash is or what restaurants to hit while you are in town, please feel free to ask.

As you can see, our condo offers inspiring mountain views and all the amenities you expect and more including down comforters, and quality linens and sheets. The skiing and snowboarding are epic with an annual snowfall of 400 plus inches. So after you have turned your thighs to rubber chasing powder stashes in Jupiter Bowl or ripping groomers on Tycoon you can relax in one of our hot tubs, saunas or heated pool.

If shopping is your thing you can shop to your heart's content on Main Street or at the fabulous Discount Mall at Kimball Junction. And the rest of Utah's amazing powder skiing at Snowbird, Alta, Solitude, and Brighton are only a 45-minute drive up either Little or Big Cottonwood Canyon.

In the evenings, cuddle up in front of the gas fireplace, order in or hit one of Park City's amazing restaurants. You can watch cable TV in either bedroom or the living room. There's a carport for one car and reserved space for another, plus on site washers and dryers. So come ski, board, relax and wake up to inspiring views and loads of fresh powder that keep our skiers and golfers coming back to Park Avenue Condos year after year. Enjoy!

Great town and a growing economy. We work and play in Park City and see Park City as an ever expanding town with wonderful investment potential. We just love living here. It is an amazing place.

The Unique Benefits at this Condominium

Lotsa powder. We ski upwards of 50 days in the winter. We love that we can ski the morning and walk down to the condo and warm our toes in front of the fire. Summers are more beautiful than the winter and we spend a lot of time at the pool.

    • This was our family's third visit to Park City and this Park Ave condo was our best choice yet. We have two teen girls and they had privacy in their bedroom on the main floor while my husband and I were on the second level. The bedrooms are much larger than most we have found in PC condos. Because the location is so central to everything, the girls could get to the slopes, Old Town, and of course, the malls, on their own. But the condo is big enough so that when we were all there, there was plenty of space to spread out. Also real handy having Albertson's and Burger King across the street. We love to play golf almost as much as we love to ski so we're planning to come back and stay here in the spring. Paula K and family

    • We have found our home in Park City. After trying many other locations over the past 7 years. The condo at Park Avenue is perfect. This was our second year and as long as it is available this will always be our first choice. The convenience can't be beat. The addition of the down comforters this year was great. Thanks Jeff, see you next year.

    • We stayed here for a week in January and had the best time. The condo was perfectly located for all our needs. Albertson's was right across the street which was so convenient for shopping. We followed Jeff's advice and took the free bus every morning to the base of the mountain which took all of 5 minutes. We also walked to Eagle Lift which was not bad at all. Cole Sport right next door was awesome, and set up the whole family up with skis. Jeff was right when he said it was one of the best locations in Park City and so much cheaper than the other management companies we originally dealt with. The condo was clean with fresh linens and down comforters. It was also bigger than we expected. We will be back. We love Park City and Park Ave Condos. Thanks!
