This beautiful Condo was just built in the fall of 2005. All the furnishings were purchased brand new. It is located in a quiet complex just down the street from Disneyland.

The master bedroom has it's own on suite bathroom with a large shower leaving plenty of room for two. The two smaller bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed as well as a bunk bed. The bonus room also has a bunk bed but I opted for a futon so you can sit and watch movies or Direct TV by day then lay it down at night for sleeping. These rooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower enclosure.

Downstairs you'll find the living room with big comfortable furniture arranged to view the flat screen TV as well as the fireplace. The sofa is a sleeper should you need it. Also located downstairs are the kitchen (fully equipped), dining room, map center, and a small bathroom.

You may enjoy evenings on the balcony or in the backyard while BBQing. Both have table and chairs for socializing. Disneyland fireworks can be viewed from the backyard, balcony, as well as the two smaller bedrooms. The garage will park two vehicles (including large SUV's), and under the balcony is a space as well as one along side the Condo. All spaces are exclusively yours to use. This truly is "your luxury home away from home."

Hi! My name is Joy and I was born and raised right here in Anaheim, just down the street from Disneyland (Mickey and I go WAY back). I know everything about the area. I can tell you what beach to go to for surfing, wind surfing, body surfing, or even kitesurfing (aka kiteboarding)! I even know the best kitesurfing instructor in So Cal! If you want activities and excitment, I know the places. If you want culture or relaxation, I was forced into those as a child, so I know where they are too. =) Come visit and see what Orange County has to offer. I love it here and I think you will too!

Why the Owner Chose Anaheim

Who doesn't want to go to Disneyland?! The condo is located so close to Disneyland, you can easily walk to the park. Anaheim is centrally located between San Diego (Sea World, Lego Land, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, etc.) and Los Angeles (Universal Studios, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, etc.) and you'll be staying less than 15 minutes to Knotts Berry Farm! The beautiful Crystal Cathedral is about 3 miles away. It's an architectural masterpiece! I've got maps in the condo to help you get to every one of these attractions!

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

You can watch the Disneyland fireworks from the bedroom windows. You have grocery, department and drug stores all right across the street. Morton's and Ruth's Chris steak houses as well as 20 other fine dining resturants are all within a few miles. If you're on a budget, the kitchen has everything from an electric kettle to a crock pot! If it's in my kitchen, it's in the kitchen at the condo! Don't leave Southern California without a trip to the beach! Huntington Beach is less than 15 miles should you want to check out Surf City! Laguna Beach is south of that if you want to check out the art or antique stores. Venice is about 20 miles north if you want to people watch (they're different up there!). Make sure to bring your camera with you every where you go during your stay. You never know who (or what) you'll see!

    • What an awesome place! The condo has everything we needed. The location is perfect! There's a Kmart, CVS, Walgreen's and grocery store all right across the street. There's also at least 8 fast food places in the same shopping area! Disneyland is so close that we walked back to the condo for both lunch and dinner each day to save some money! There's even a park with playgrounds for the kids to play in just down the street. Joy was really helpful and makes everything so easy! I HIGHLY recommend this rental! Joy and her condo are GREAT!

    • My family of 15 stayed here and had plenty of room! The location is great; grocery, drug, and Kmart stores all right across the street. Disneyland really is just 2 blocks away! I've stayed in several rental homes in the past, and this one really is all that is says it is. We will definitely stay here every time we come back to California. Joy was extremely helpful in planning our vacation with her incredible knowledge of the area. She told us which beaches were best for the little kids as well as places for the teenagers to hang out. We even called her when we got lost in LA! Next time we'll remember to bring one of the maps she has provided. Thanks so much for everything!

    • Our experience was great, Joy give us more than we expect, the property is beautiful, in order and clean, If you travel with your family is a great choose, disney is at 2 blocks, the market is in front, you have everything walking. we went 5 days to disney and wasn't enough, one day to universal studios and wasn't enough, we need to come back and be sure we will come back to this property. thanks for all your attentions, see you next year. Wow excellent, excellent, excellent.

    • We have stayed at this place during 2007 Memorial day weekend. The place was good and everything was fine. It is less than 2 miles from the Disneyland main entrance. Shops were very close. You can get a partial view of fire works from some bedrooms.

The condo was clean, roomy, with all of the essentials a family needs to be comfortable. Joy went beyond expectations to meet our needs. She responded immediately when we had one minor concern.
