Off Season: $160/night, $800/week $250 deposit, $85 cleaning fee per stay
Winter Discounts (monthly rates): 1 mo. $1225, 2 mos. $1200/mo., 3 mos. $1175/mo.
All reservations must be made by a responsible party, 25 years of age or older,
who must occupy the property during the reservation time. All nightly and weekly
rentals subject to 13% tax.
