Our spectacular waterfront end unit Condo has views of the Indian River Bay from every room. The professionally-decorated unit is great year-round for long weekends, holidays or summer vacations.
The Condo is situated on two floors for maximum privacy and tranquility. First floor has a master bedroom (queen) with private bath. A second bedroom has two beds (singles) and private bath. The eat-in kitchen is fully-stocked. There is a dining room, living room, screened-in porch and deck, with great views of the bay, wetlands and wildlife. There is also a fold-out couch (queen) in the living room. Kitchen, hallway and all bathrooms are ceramic tile, with Berber carpet throughout the living area. First floor master and living room have TV/VCRs. Up a spiral staircase to the second level you'll find another master bedroom (queen) with a television and full bath. A second bedroom has two beds (twins), along with a TV/VCR.
The Bethany Bay Resort and Golf Community is perfect for family vacations. A short walk from the condo gets you to pool, playground, clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts and a nine-hole golf course. There is a convenient community boat launch.
The boardwalk and Bethany Beach are just minutes away with gourmet or family-style dining and shops. The Rehoboth Beach area also has tax-free outlet stores for rainy days. No smoking or pets please.

All of our guests have raved about staying at our condo. Whether it was for a "special birthday" long weekend, getaway for the holidays, or a summer vacation at the beach with family, they loved the water views, access to the ocean, and amenities. We hope you'll visit us too!

This property is gorgeous. There are views from each room. Vistas down the bay are spectacular and can be observed while lying in bed in either of the two master suites. The upstairs twin bedded room is spacious and easily accommodated an extra "Pack and Play" and sleeping bag area for my grandchildren. The condo is well equiped (the kitchen has quality cookware, dishes and glassware). Living area was clean, bright and nicely decorated. Our family get together was greatly enhanced by these accommodations
