Each of the four bedrooms has direct access to a full bath, perfect for multi-family or large family use. Downstairs you'll find a separate game room for kids with combination bumper pool/card table, electronic darts, and TV/DVD with Play Station, providing a great place for children and teenagers to have their own space to enjoy.
In the evening walk about a half of a block to TJs Ice Cream store for hand dipped ice cream or light fare next store including pizza, cheese steaks, etc.

Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, North End
Ocean City is a wonderful, family oriented, safe town that always has something going on year round. The Gardens section of Ocean City in the North end, is very different from the rest of the island. It is not congested and it is very residential with lots of tree lined streets and grass yards. there are many permanent year round residents here. With its winding streets, it reminds me more of Cape Cod than the typical "grid" in other places in Ocean City.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The property is within walking distance to the beach and boardwalk, yet not in the noisy, congested area of Ocean City. The home is extremely clean, well maintained, newer construction with an elevator, large plasma TV and lots of bathrooms for all of our guests.

My wife and I have been renting out our various properties since 1980 and we understand that providing outstanding service to our tenants is extremely important. We very much enjoy it when families come to our home and have a great vacation. This is much more than a rental business, it is rewarding to see people of all ages enjoy their hard earned vacation time. During the off season we also like to provide our places to families, couples and church groups for get away weekends.

We rented from Thursday thru Sunday and had a marvelous time. It is exactly like it said in the view property. No surprises.... Beautiful property. Enjoyable for all of us. I would recommend renting this property to anyone. It is so close to the beach. The interior of the home was very classy! The street was quiet and was in walking distance to the boardwalk. Thank you for the awesome weekend.
Recommended for:Age 55+, adventure seekers, sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.
