Parents appreciate the large front yard with ample room for outdoor play. There is a swing set in the backyard and a tetherball in the side yard. In addition, our property is a five minute walk to a freshwater pond where the kids can fish and a five minute bike ride to the Mill Pond to swim in warm saltwater. You are encouraged to bring your boat as there are several public town landings minutes away, including the Mill Pond access, for you to motor/sail/paddle out to Nauset Inlet.
