Stay at this newly painted and renovated 2 bedroom, 2 full bath,first floor, second row condo located on the north end of the island. Condo is near the marina, and fishing pier. The boardwalk is about 10 blocks away. Public access to the beach is just steps away.
Enjoy views of the Ocean and Canal from the large decks front and back.
The unit sleeps seven (7). Queen size bed in the master bedroom with it's own private bath also enjoy deck off the master bedroom. The second bedroom has one (1) twin beds and (1) double bed in the room and also a T.V. The main bath is very large and also has a closet were the full size washer and dryer are located. The livingroom has a queen size pull out sofa and a large deck off the front for great entertaining. Three (3) cable T.V.'s with extended cable and the Livingroom T.V. is upgraded with the "family package". Save room in the car, our unit has beach chairs for you to use.

We had a wonderful time vacationing here. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful with super waves, warm water, and lots of shells. We practically had the beach to ourselves and in July that is hard to believe. I love the little beach town feeling without hotels and high rises. My son and husband had a bid day fishing on the local deep sea fishing boat. They caught 20lbs. of snapper and grouper. It was extra great to be able to bring our little Chipper, too. Everyone relaxed, enjoyed, and had plenty of room to feel at home just steps across from a lovely beach. Thank you!
