Located on a bluff overlooking Lake Ossipee, this contemporary home provides views of the lake and the Ossipee range. Our bright and airy, four-bedroom, three-bath home is spacious and comfortable. The house has an open concept living/dining area with open-beamed, cathedral-style ceiling in the living room.
Relax while sitting on Adirondack chairs on our large L-shaped deck overlooking the lake and mountains. The deck includes a screened-in porch area with table and chairs for outdoor meals. The four bedroom, three-bath home sleeps eight.
Our home is in a private development with: beach access, boat launch, tennis, volleyball, badminton, canoeing, and softball field. The house includes a golf-cart as an optional vehicle to take you to the private beach (located one-half mile from the house) and a 19-foot aluminum canoe.
On the main floor is a fully-equipped kitchen, dining/living area with fireplace, master bedroom with full-size bed, bathroom, laundry area, and access to the outdoor deck and screened-in porch. The second floor contains two bedrooms with full-size beds, a bathroom and sitting area. The basement level has a living room, bedroom with bunk-beds, bathroom, office area and sliding door to the backyard.
