There is also a tennis center with lighted courts, a canoe and kyak park on Spring Creek, [canoes and kyaks are free] a state of the art fitness center, sail boats, biking and hiking paths.The Pointe has a Beautiful pool and whirlpool spa; and if you love golf, Pelican Landing residents get approximately 50 percent off at the Hyatt's Raptor Bay Golf Club just three minutes away. There are many public courses as well.

The Condominium has three bedrooms, two baths and sleeps six. The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with state of the art mattress, second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds. The Lanai is comfortably furnished (see pictures) and the unit is fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation.
There is a washer/dryer laundry room, fully equiped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining tables both inside and out, two televisions, one in the master and a flat-screen plasma TV in the great room , furnishings by Robb and Stuckey and Tommy Bahama.
The unit is on the second floor with lovely lush tropical views and can be accessed by stairs or elevator. One car garage with electric door included.
This unit is priced low because we want happy renters who feel like they are getting more than their money's worth, not because it is second rate in any way! It is prfessionally decorated with everything top of the line, and has a resort-like feel. There are custom made plantation shutters in every room. Everyone has loved it so far!
