This is great house for a quick get-away to the beach. We have stayed here twice now. The first time was before the last renovations. We LOVE the new covered porch area! Great for sitting out relaxing while something's is on the grill. Our two young children loved making the porch their "fort" and waving to passers-by. We could always keep our eye on them since the new french doors to the living area and all the windows make it easy to supervise kids outside. The golf cart inclusion in the price is wonderful!!! What a money saver! There is also plenty of floor space in the main living area if a family needs to use an air mattress. The owners have decorated the home with comforts in mind, have used space very well, and their bright friendly personalities are expressed in the home. It is a joy to deal with the owners. Their transactions are quick and they really desire their renters to have a great vacation. The only thing I would "caution" people about is the parking. The space is tight, but we are able to get our SUV in just fine by backing it in. If you have multiple cars (more than 2) you could always use the additonal parking area provided by Ocean Lakes. The house is located in a quiet part of the campground with water station very near and also the lake for feeding the ducks/swans. We also love that it has a washer/dryer....no going home with dirty clothes! Highly recommend. We will stay here again!

Our family has stayed at this beach house for 2 straight years. This year they added a front porch and it was nice to sit outside and be protected from the rain and sun. We will be returning again next year and the year after that. We are a family of 4 and could of had 2 more people to fit comfortably. The house is nice and clean. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need and then some. As well as bedding sheets are provided. The best part is that this rental comes with a golf cart which can get pricey if you rent one from Ocean Lakes and is much nicer. The location is in a great quiet area and just feet from the ocean.Most days we walked to the ocean that's how close it is.. I have 2 girls ages 13 and 9 and they enjoy going to Ocean Lakes. They offer so much to do right there. Check out the Rec Center for activities especially Bingo and Family Ceramics. So Much Fun!!!!

Awesome little cottage, nice and clean not to big but not too small, I say the smaller the house the less you have to clean. Excellent communication with owners, The only downside I would say is the driveway if you have a full size vehicle it will be tight,but there alot of that ocean lakes, This will not stop me in retuning again. Look forward to returning next year.
