  The property listing description and photos accurately reflect the property. The building was built in the mid to late 80's, so it is not new, but everything is in working order. Our only slight complaint would be that the back bed rooms are a little warmer than the rest of the unit. The weather for Labor Day was extremely warm and humid. So that may be the cause. The location of the unit is not within walking distance of many attractions nor is it in a crowded area. We really liked this aspect in not having to deal with crowds and traffic, unless we went to nearby attractions. The drive to Barefoot Landing is short and easy. The unit is beach front and has a perfect view. Robert was extremely helpful and accommodating. We went on a last minute trip. He only deals with checks and cash. In our initial contact, I was not aware of this. So, at the next contact, he mentioned the rate and to have cash at check in. This sounded alarming. However, after further conversations and a little more research, we closed the deal. Robert was very professional, accommodating, and honest in the rental agreement and did everything as he said he would. I would definitely recommend this property and would rent from Robert again.

  Owner response: Thank you so much for your kind comments and for letting me know about the AC issue in the back bedrooms. I notified my AC repair company right away since the complete system was replaced last year. They inspected the unit and found a slight problem with the venting and repaired it.   We were very pleased with this condo. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions. The pictures shown online were exact and we really felt at home. Our favorite thing was the screened in porch, and we spent a lot of time there listening to the ocean waves and watching the people on the beach. We had a busy week, and would highly recommend Ripley's Aquarium, MagicQuest,and The Pirates Voyage;however, the best thing ever was something my granddaughter and I did. We went to a tiger preserve and played with baby tigers. We touched a lot of animals we never dreamed we would be able to touch. The tour was about 3 and a half hours and worth every penny. We would definitely recommend this condo and Myrtle Beach for a fun vacation.

  This was our first time staying at Pelican's Landing and we loved the condo and location! The condo was very clean and spacious and had all the comforts of home. Everything about the condo and location was exactly as we expected from the listing. The furniture and beds were very comfortable, and we really loved the screened porch. It seemed like it was right on the beach and very peaceful. The owner was very helpful and answered all our questions quickly and professionally. We look forward to coming back sometime soon and would recommend the condo to anyone!

  the condo was beautiful. it was accurately depicted in the photos. i came with 6 friends and we all loved the condo, the location, the beach, the swimming pool, the beach bar 2 condos away. the condo is centrally located and easy access to restaurants and entertainment. WE ALL LOVED IT. we cannot wait for our next trip. the condo was clean and the owner responded to our questions in a timely fashion. i would recommend the condo to family or friends.

  We traveled to Mrytle Beach with our two teen-age daughters and two of their friends. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable and loved the location. We had great weather and were able to spend our time walking on the beach, relaxing by the pool or sight-seeing at Broadway on the Beach or Barefoot Landing. The condo is in a nice, quiet location close enough to everything but also offering some privacy.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.

  This was a last minute getaway. I was so ready for some Beach time.did a lot of shopping also. Love being so close to the outlet mall,Walmart, & short driving distance to Broadway on the Beach Mall. We also visited the Boardwalk twice. Ready to come back again!

  My husband and I stayed at the condo a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. It was wonderful being on the oceanfront. the condo is in a great location- so close to restaurants, shopping and movies. The property was very clean and well maintained. We cook in some and had everything we needed. Robert is always so helpful with any information that you need and just a telephone call away.We would recommend this condo to our friends and relatives.

  We were here in November and had a wonderful time. Weather was great and the accommodations excellent. 3 couples with 2.5 baths worked wonderfully!! The condo had everything we needed...including a good ice maker and lots of extra trays (a real plus if you're a "ice person."). Everything was clean and you can't beat the view. Very comfortable and livable. We brought our own linens and washed them before we left so we took them home the same way we brought them (clean!). Nothing beats ocean front. Ocean Annies is a short walk down the beach. Highly recommend this condo. It is close to anywhere you want to go. And if you haven't seen the Christmas show at the Carolina Opry... it is a MUST see!! Thanks Robert! We'll be back! Ann and Mike

  this place is wonderful. it is literally right on the beach...no steps or dunes to go over. sip a drink on the balcony and enjoy "being on the beach". we just went in november and lucked out on 70 degree weather. took in the carolina opra show and enjoyed it immensely. with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths our family of five (all over 55) was very comfortable. thanks robert!!!

  Our family stayed at the unit the week before (Aug 27-Sept 3) Labor day. The owner of the unit met us right when we arrived and explained everything about the unit. The condo was everything we hoped for and more. We chose this unit because of the screened in patio, the ocean view, and the fact that two of the bedrooms had at least a Queen bed (one has a King, the other a Queen). We had such a great time and hope to return in the future.
