This Condominium is OCEANFRONT and on the South Corner of the building with extra windows, a skylight and Free High Speed Internet Access!
The condo is very bright, cheerful, and has a "Caribbean Beach" theme and colors throughout. Professionally decorated just a few years ago, it has many special touches and amenities including TVs and VCRs in both the Living Room and Master Bedroom, DVD player, wet bar, full-size washer and dryer, as well as one screened oceanfront porch off of Living Room and one open balcony off Master Bedroom. There is also an entrance screened porch for storing your beach chairs, floats, etc. This is a "Smoke Free" condo. No Smoking is allowed inside the unit. Pets are NOT allowed. Linens are NOT included but may be rented for an additional $80 per week.
Pelican's Landing is located on Shore Drive and only a short walk to the popular Ocean Annie's Beach Club and The Apache Fishing Pier. There are bike rentals nearby, two pools onsite, a children's playground, a putting green, barbecue grills, picnic table, pool lounge chairs, two elevators, and luggage carts for your convenience.
GREAT LOCATION!! Barefoot Landing and Broadway At The Beach are both nearby as well as seafood restaurants, Super Wal Mart, Tanger Factory Outlet and the new Conway Bypass (will save you much driving time on check-in and check-out days).

Why the Owner Chose Pelican's Landing
The Shore Drive area is so convenient to everything including the Tanger Factory Outlet, Super Wal-Mart, the Myrtle Beach Mall and several other smaller shopping areas. Also, there are many fantastic restaurants close by including seafood, Italian & Japanese. The Arcadian Shores Golf Course is also just a couple of miles away as well as the longest fishing pier in SC!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We love the large screened porch off the living room and open master bedroom balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. Also, the extra windows and skylight are a big plus for not making you feel like you're staying in a "tunnel." The laundry room with the full size washer and dryer and the adjoining screened back porch are very helpful. Our condo is located on the top floor and on the corner at the end of the hallway so you rarely here any noise from other guests staying in the building.
Includes Kroger Grocery Store, Rossis Italian Restaurant, California Pizza, Burger King, Honey Baked Ham and several other shops and restaurants.

My wife and I purchased this condo in September of 2000. We live just a few miles from Pelican's Landing with our 3 young sons who love playing at the beach. We really liked the oceanfront, top floor, corner location of this condo because of the spectacular views and brightness of the interior. Beacause we live close by we are able to be personally involved on a regular basis with the upkeep and cleanliness of the property to make sure that our guests have a great vacation staying here. We were here in November and had a wonderful time. Weather was great and the accommodations excellent. 3 couples with 2.5 baths worked wonderfully!! The condo had everything we needed...including a good ice maker and lots of extra trays (a real plus if you're a "ice person."). Everything was clean and you can't beat the view. Very comfortable and livable. We brought our own linens and washed them before we left so we took them home the same way we brought them (clean!). Nothing beats ocean front. Ocean Annies is a short walk down the beach. Highly recommend this condo. It is close to anywhere you want to go. And if you haven't seen the Christmas show at the Carolina Opry... it is a MUST see!! this place is wonderful. it is literally right on the beach...no steps or dunes to go over. sip a drink on the balcony and enjoy "being on the beach". we just went in november and lucked out on 70 degree weather. took in the carolina opra show and enjoyed it immensely. with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths our family of five (all over 55) was very comfortable. thanks robert!!!

Our family stayed at the unit the week before (Aug 27-Sept 3) Labor day. The owner of the unit met us right when we arrived and explained everything about the unit. The condo was everything we hoped for and more. We chose this unit because of the screened in patio, the ocean view, and the fact that two of the bedrooms had at least a Queen bed (one has a King, the other a Queen). We had such a great time and hope to return in the future.

Condo was exactly as described. Perfect location on Shore Drive, right on the beach. Morning started with coffee on the balconies, walks on the beach. Lazy days on the beach all day with the convenience of having all our amenities very close by. Owner is very helpful and very pleasant. So close to many stores and great restaurants. Will do it again when we have the chance!

WE ENJOYED THE STAY VERY MUCH. WE HAD COFFEE ON THE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN EVERY MORNING (GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY) AND THEN SPENT THE DAY ON THE BEACH. THE CONDO WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE. LOTS OF ACTIVITIES CLOSE BY. BEST VACATION I HAVE EVER HAD.

Condo was everything we expected. Beautiful view of the ocean. Nice location with plenty of things to do nearby. The owner was polite and very helpful considering this was our first time renting a condo. He answered all of our questions and even helped us with directions. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation, Myrtle Beach and Shore Drive it just don’t get any better than this! The unit was wonderful just as described on the website. It was wonderful waking up ocean front and having breakfast on the screened patio then relaxing on the beach as the sun rolls in. Shore Drive is so convenient to everything. We hadn’t been to MB in a few years so it was wonderful to revisit.

We had never taken our twin ten year-olds to the beach before and it had been years since we had been ourselves. We couldn't have picked a better condominium! Right on the beach...just down the elevator and walk out on Myrtle Beach. We especially enjoyed the location...just a short drive from anything we wanted to do, but not directly located in the overly commercial area of Myrtle Beach. The balconies became our favorite places for our own family happy hours with their beach scenery and the wonderful sound of the waves...it couldn't have been much better! The condo is not the newest property on the beachfront, but it is very well kept and accommodating for families. It was very clean and inviting when we arrived. The washer and dryer on site were perfect. The photos and video posted on the VRBO website very accurately depicted the property. We found the owner to be very helpful and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone...it is very relaxing. Nearby restaurants we visited were Chesapeake House (outstanding seafood!) and Villa Romana for Italian...REALLY great "Frutti del Mar" (I had mine fra diablo - WOW!)...besides, how can you NOT visit an Italian restaurant when their website plays "Torna A Surriento"??? (Hint: call ahead for seating!) We also made the short drive down to Murrell's Inlet where we enjoyed Nance's restaurant for great local seafood. We've decided to become repeat visitors to this particular property...there's just too much there to see and enjoy...all the while enjoying a little get-away-from-it-all!
