the condo was beautiful. it was accurately depicted in the photos. i came with 6 friends and we all loved the condo, the location, the beach, the swimming pool, the beach bar 2 condos away. the condo is centrally located and easy access to restaurants and entertainment. WE ALL LOVED IT. we cannot wait for our next trip. the condo was clean and the owner responded to our questions in a timely fashion. i would recommend the condo to family or friends.

We traveled to Mrytle Beach with our two teen-age daughters and two of their friends. We found the condo to be clean and comfortable and loved the location. We had great weather and were able to spend our time walking on the beach, relaxing by the pool or sight-seeing at Broadway on the Beach or Barefoot Landing. The condo is in a nice, quiet location close enough to everything but also offering some privacy.

This was a last minute getaway. I was so ready for some Beach time.did a lot of shopping also. Love being so close to the outlet mall,Walmart, & short driving distance to Broadway on the Beach Mall. We also visited the Boardwalk twice. Ready to come back again!

My husband and I stayed at the condo a couple of weeks ago and had a great time. It was wonderful being on the oceanfront. the condo is in a great location- so close to restaurants, shopping and movies. The property was very clean and well maintained. We cook in some and had everything we needed. Robert is always so helpful with any information that you need and just a telephone call away.We would recommend this condo to our friends and relatives.

We were here in November and had a wonderful time. Weather was great and the accommodations excellent. 3 couples with 2.5 baths worked wonderfully!! The condo had everything we needed...including a good ice maker and lots of extra trays (a real plus if you're a "ice person."). Everything was clean and you can't beat the view. Very comfortable and livable. We brought our own linens and washed them before we left so we took them home the same way we brought them (clean!). Nothing beats ocean front. Ocean Annies is a short walk down the beach. Highly recommend this condo. It is close to anywhere you want to go. And if you haven't seen the Christmas show at the Carolina Opry... it is a MUST see!! this place is wonderful. it is literally right on the beach...no steps or dunes to go over. sip a drink on the balcony and enjoy "being on the beach". we just went in november and lucked out on 70 degree weather. took in the carolina opra show and enjoyed it immensely. with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths our family of five (all over 55) was very comfortable. thanks robert!!!

Our family stayed at the unit the week before (Aug 27-Sept 3) Labor day. The owner of the unit met us right when we arrived and explained everything about the unit. The condo was everything we hoped for and more. We chose this unit because of the screened in patio, the ocean view, and the fact that two of the bedrooms had at least a Queen bed (one has a King, the other a Queen). We had such a great time and hope to return in the future.

Condo was exactly as described. Perfect location on Shore Drive, right on the beach. Morning started with coffee on the balconies, walks on the beach. Lazy days on the beach all day with the convenience of having all our amenities very close by. Owner is very helpful and very pleasant. So close to many stores and great restaurants. Will do it again when we have the chance!

WE ENJOYED THE STAY VERY MUCH. WE HAD COFFEE ON THE BALCONY OVERLOOKING THE OCEAN EVERY MORNING (GREAT WAY TO START THE DAY) AND THEN SPENT THE DAY ON THE BEACH. THE CONDO WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE. LOTS OF ACTIVITIES CLOSE BY. BEST VACATION I HAVE EVER HAD.

Condo was everything we expected. Beautiful view of the ocean. Nice location with plenty of things to do nearby. The owner was polite and very helpful considering this was our first time renting a condo. He answered all of our questions and even helped us with directions. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation, Myrtle Beach and Shore Drive it just don’t get any better than this! The unit was wonderful just as described on the website. It was wonderful waking up ocean front and having breakfast on the screened patio then relaxing on the beach as the sun rolls in. Shore Drive is so convenient to everything. We hadn’t been to MB in a few years so it was wonderful to revisit.

We had never taken our twin ten year-olds to the beach before and it had been years since we had been ourselves. We couldn't have picked a better condominium! Right on the beach...just down the elevator and walk out on Myrtle Beach. We especially enjoyed the location...just a short drive from anything we wanted to do, but not directly located in the overly commercial area of Myrtle Beach. The balconies became our favorite places for our own family happy hours with their beach scenery and the wonderful sound of the waves...it couldn't have been much better! The condo is not the newest property on the beachfront, but it is very well kept and accommodating for families. It was very clean and inviting when we arrived. The washer and dryer on site were perfect. The photos and video posted on the VRBO website very accurately depicted the property. We found the owner to be very helpful and pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone...it is very relaxing. Nearby restaurants we visited were Chesapeake House (outstanding seafood!) and Villa Romana for Italian...REALLY great "Frutti del Mar" (I had mine fra diablo - WOW!)...besides, how can you NOT visit an Italian restaurant when their website plays "Torna A Surriento"??? (Hint: call ahead for seating!) We also made the short drive down to Murrell's Inlet where we enjoyed Nance's restaurant for great local seafood. We've decided to become repeat visitors to this particular property...there's just too much there to see and enjoy...all the while enjoying a little get-away-from-it-all!

My family has been coming to this condo for several years. Each time we arrive we feel like we have come home. The owners are wonderful and see to it that we have everything we could possibly need. The condo is absolutely immaculate. It is obvious that they take great pride in their unit and want to make sure that our vacation is the best it could possibly be. As we suffer through the long cold winters in the North, we dream of the week we will be sitting on the beach soaking up the beautiful sunshine and dining at our favorite restaurants. In addition to those great restaurants, there are fabulous places to shop and plenty of family friendly activities to enjoy. We just love Myrtle Beach and our favorite condo at Pelican's Landing!

We just returned from a very enjoyable week at Pelican's Landing. We had not been to Myrtle Beach in 5-6 years. We were very pleased with the condo and with the location. I loved sitting on the screen porch and taking in the ocean at various hours of the day, especially breakfast. Since returning, I have looked at the pictures again and the condo was exactly as portrayed - even nicer. The owner was most helpful and cooperative with us. With two small children, we visited Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach several times, both places being relatively close. We thought it was a perfect location. We revisited Rossi's and The Sea Captains House since those are two of our favorite restaurants. We hopefully plan to visit again.

A group of us women have been going to the beach for sometime now. Have stayed at Pelicans Landing before. We like this location because its so close to shopping, dining, entertainment. The condo is clean & well kept. We will stay here again.

Our family rented this condo for five nights in May. We had a great time and the condo fit our needs perfectly. We loved being right on the beach. The views are great. You can walk to the pier and pay $1.00 to go out to the end. We also walked to a nearby hotel one night for burgers. The bedrooms have plenty of drawer and closet space. The 2 1/2 baths came in handy when the five of us were getting ready. The kitchen was well equipped. I ordered the linen package and all was waiting for us when we arrived. The only thing I will mention is this is not a brand new facility. We didn't expect it to be and all was in good working order . We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
