The master bedroom is located on the main floor and features a jacuzzi tub in the master bath a second guest bedroom and full bath is also located on the main level.
Second floor guest bedrooms are on separate ends which provide for great privacy. The fifth bedroom is totally private located over the garage with full view of the lake and has a full size private bathroom. The guest quarters set up is ideal for those who prefer a bit of privacy. The sixth bedroom is on the lower level of the house and has a unique boat trunde bed that opens up as two twin beds. Also on the lower level is a large family room with pool table and private office for those that need keep in touch with work.
Swan Shores Lodge offers magnificent water and mountain views, and is decorated with beautiful upscale nautical-style furnishings with designer touches, and wood pine floors throughout. This home has been completely remodeled with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen.

Parking for RV/Boat/Trailer: We are one of the only homes on Swan Lake that has our own boat ramp so no need to travel 45 minutes to the boat launch area. We can accommodate parking a trailer in the ramp area. Sorry so room for an RV to be stored.
Wood Fireplace: Large wood burning fireplace in the great room. Rental rate does not include firewood
