Our superb 5 bed 4 bath Orlando villa is situated on a large plot in the prestigious new Mediterranean style Tuscan Hills gated community, about 10 minutes from Disney.
The home is air conditioned throughout and has the added benefit of ceiling fans in main rooms. This is the ideal home for two large or even three smaller families travelling together, or for extended family groups. For guests’ additional comfort, this is a non-smoking home. Pets are not permitted.

We wanted our property to be in a quiet, modern and attractive location but at the same time close to Theme Parks, restaurants etc. Tuscan Hills certainly fits the bill.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
Our villa is set on a larger than average lot, with no pool directly backing on to ours. It is wonderful to sit out by the pool on a warm evening - and sometimes you can even see the Disney fireworks.

Hi Laura, We had a great vacation at your villa! Your home was perfect for our family, the location is excellent, and we really enjoyed our time there. As I mentioned in an earlier conversation we have rented many villas over the years and pool heat is always a concern of mine due to past experience and low temperatures. I am very happy to say that I was extremely satisfied with the temperature of the pool as it was always very warm; this was a first for us! We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere, hanging out at the pool, and playing in the game room. It's amazing how fast two weeks goes by when you're having fun. The management delivered two new hairdryers, I only used one. They are both still boxed, and in the undersink cupboard of the master bedroom. Many thanks for this.

Thanks, Laura. I am home now. The villa is GREAT--clean, beautiful, cozy and relaxing! Our family did enjoy staying. This is a wonderful trip. I would say this is the best vacation I ever have in Orlando. There is only one suggestion regarding the direction to the villa (from Airport). The villa's entrance is actually opposite to the Legend Park. Because the sign of Legend Park is blocked by the tree leaves, it is easy to miss the left turn, especially at night. So as soon as spotting the Polo Park, the driver should start moving to the left lane. Happy New Year! Regards, John C.Y. Yang
