I would have to say this location is the best especially for the family who vacations on a budget,with the convience of Bus line,Food Lion,Dollar Tree, and 7 Eleven within walking distance. I found the further up you go from 119 st to 150st things seem to be cheaper than downward stores. The room wasn't as clean as expected however I had my own cleaning supplies and sterilized to my satisfaction. The screen door probably need to be replaced for sure it was a hassle going in and out of the balcony to the point we just left it open, even so the view was great I loved watching the dolphins in the early sunrise and it was nice to be able to keep an eye on my kids playing on the beach from the balcony. Can't really complain about the bed too much as I have been on worse but a less firm bed would help along with the working remotes to the tv as my husband and I got annoyed taking turns to change channels. The kids didn't have any complaints about the sofa bed so I assume it sleeps well. Other than that my family had a good stay and utilized the amenities this condo has to offer. I see no problems recommending this condo to a friend or family member.

I plan get a new tub and shower as well as a new Mattress in the bed room. Also I will get a new TV in the Bed room so the remote and the TV will be new. Thanks for your time and remarks to make my condo the best it can be. Mark Mark I am most upset about the negative comments expressed by the guests staying at your condo recently. You and I have had a business relationship for many years and you know customer satisfaction is very important to me. One of the ways we back up our cleaning service is by leaving a tent card in the condo that states the property has been cleaned with the date service was provided and our telephone number. The card asks that if you have any questions or problems with the service that you call us upon check in so we can address them. It is disappointing to find out after check out that someone was not satisfied with our service when we could have addressed the problem in a prompt manner. I have spoken to the cleaning crew assigned to your condo this summer. They insist that they clean the tub and sweep and mop the balcony floor each time they clean your place. They feel the tub does not look clean because it is stained and aged. Effective immediately, I have changed cleaning teams assigned to your property. Hopefully this will eliminate any further problems. Geri

I have rented condos in Ocean City many times. This condo is in a wonderful location, everything you need is directly across the street, which was so convenient. My only complaint is that this condo is worn out and it is not clean. The kitchen has new appliances but the sink was disgusting, the shower is old, the mattress was lumpy. It needs to be refreshed (the bedskirt was torn and laying on the floor). There is at least an inch of hair and sand on top of the baseboard heaters and I scrubbed the sink and faucet to make myself feel better. I realize that rentals do get beat up and that people just do not treat them with respect which is an awful truth. This is why I prefer to rent directly from the owner versus a property management company. The remote in the bedroom did not work which was a pain in the butt, the window a/c in the front was covered in mold, so if you are allergic beware. (This is probably tough to keep from happening considering its oceanfront) The screen door is falling apart. We had a great time all and all, and you can't beat the sunsets!

As to the bed I have some people who like this type of bed I know that I like it but I will replace it at the.end of the season. The other issues you spoke of will be fixed or replaces. Great Location

Nicely decorated condo in a great location away from the noise and crowds of the boardwalk. There was plenty to do or you could do nothing at all. The one bedroom was adequate for two adults, the pull out sofa could accomodate another couple but no privacy. The condo was well equipped. The bathroom was small. The view was unbelievable 3rd floor unit right on the beach, look out from your balcony at the ocean. I parked my car and did not use it again until I left. Buses every 20 minutes right outside on Coastal Highway taking you to downtown or the boardwalk. You could also rent a bike or scooter, both were reasonable. If you come to eat seafood there are plenty of seafood buffets and early bird specials are available at most restaurants. Sunsets can be veiwed at many locations I had two favorites, Fagers Island on the bay,upscale and then Seacrets a fun original place try both. A few draw backs The owner has cleaning service I think they could do a better job. Sand in the dresser draws, dishes in the dish washer a t.v. remote was not working and the shower curtain was terrble. The bed was lumpy. There is a guest book for comments and others have said the same thing. Over all I really enjoyed my stay.

UNBELIEVABLE RENTAL!

My husband & I rented this unit for a long weekend to celebrate our anniversary. The sun gods definately shone on us every day! You could not ask for a more accomodating rental. Every morning we went out on the balcony & watched the sunrise & actually caught a school of dolphins swimming down the coast! There is a kitchen fully equipped at your disposal; dishwasher included! If you decide to have a long stay, there is also a washer and dryer. When you come, just pack your clothes, bed linens, towels & paper products. Realistically, you did not have to drive your car; there is a grocery store directly across the "strip". Since this was a relaxing weekend, all you had to do was lie on the couches, open the sliding door and listen to calming ocean lull you to sleep. My husband & I will never look for another rental in Ocean City; we have found our destination and cannot thank the owner for his generosity in sharing the beauty of the condo, the beauty of the beach and the all the wonders this fabulous destination has to offer! The one thing I truly thought was a truly unique touch was a guest book that you could sign and leave your thanks and comments in upon departure. The guest book was definately a great touch! I would strongly recommend this rental to anyone who wants to be "self contained" and to save money as opposed to the overpriced hotels. My husband, daughter and I will definately make this a regular vacation and long weekend rental. THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Oh, yes, did I forget to say, THANK YOU?!

We stayed in your condo from 6-27-10 to 7-03-10. Thanks Mark for an awesome week at the beach! Your condo is WONDERFUL! We have a family of four and it was comfy and clean! Our boys are 14 and 16 and fit perfectly in the pull out! Everything was PERFECT! We will be back FOR SURE!!! To anyone who wishes to rent from Mark, he is an excellent communicator and extremely helpful in every way. I was nerveous about renting a condo from someone I didn't know, but Mark was always there to answer my many emails and gained my trust because I could reach him any time, day and night.

We had a great time at your condo. I loved being able to hear the ocean while hanging out inside or on the balcony. We even saw dolphins 2 days into our trip from the balcony! The only thing I could complain about is the fridge, it wasn’t very cold, especially when we first got there, but then it seemed to get a little better, but could have been colder. The location of the condo was perfect. We stayed May 30th - June 6th 2009 for our 1 year anniversary, which is when the high school seniors are starting to flock to OC, but in the area of the condo, it was pretty quiet and the condo itself was too. It’s exactly what we wanted. There was a grocery store across the st which was very convienient. I also really loved the fact that you could see the condo from the beach. I’m a beach bum while my hubby doesn’t care to sit on the beach as much, so I could see him from the beach and he could see me. We would definitely stay here again!
