This meticulously maintained, cottage condominium allows you to experience the feeling of a cottage in a three unit condominium. It is only eight houses from the beach, and also a half block to the bay. The condominium has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the other bedroom has two bunkbeds. One of the bunkbeds has a full-size lower bunk. There is a queen-size sofabed in the living room. There are two entrances into the condominium. The side entrance leads out to a private patio with a picnic table with umbrella and gas grill. Three blocks to the north is a tennis court and small playground.
The beaches of Holgate are known to be the quietest on Long Beach Island. But exactly two miles north of the condominium is where you will find, located in Beach Haven, all the razzle dazzle you may want. That is where you will find the restaurants, shops, playhouse, amusements, churches, etc., all in one location. You only have to park your car, and there is ample parking, to enjoy all of the above and more. No where else on Long Beach Island, will you find solitude and action within a couple of miles of each other.
There is a bird sanctuary two blocks south of the condominium. In the evening, you can walk to the beach and enjoy a quiet stroll, or walk in the other direction and enjoy a sunset over the bay.
If you want to enjoy the Atlantic City gambling and shows, you are only an hour away. Do not feel like driving? Take a leisurely cruise to Atlantic City instead. There are ships leaving from Long Beach Island if that is the way you want to go.
Do not forget your fishing gear. Holgate is known as one of the premier surfcasting locations on the east coast. You would rather fish from a boat? There are plenty of fishing boats leaving daily for a half or a full days enjoyment.
