Have you been to Akumal? Well once you have, you will want to come back, again and again. Come visit and stay in this charming and spacious three bedroom two-story villa, located in the quiet, serene, and cozy Half Moon Bay in family-orientated Akumal, centrally located near most all the attractions, situated in the middle of the Mayan Riviera 60 miles south of Cancun airport and 20 miles north of Tulum, just off Route 307.
Outside your villa's front door, a skip and a hop you will find an inviting swimming pool and a complementary courtyard and garden surroundings for you and your family to enjoy. And within a few steps you will also enjoy and lounge under the many palapas in your own private and sandy white beach.
This is a perfect place for families to enjoy, you will find snorkeling and diving within easy access, in just a three minute walk you will find the famous Yal Ku Lagoon with its calm, clear water and beaches protected by the Meso-American reef, the second longest in the world. It is a charming, preserved lagoon with a vast variety of fish and sea life for snorkelers to discover. You will also find in Akumal two dive centers offering PADI certified instructors that offer organized trips for a thrilling reef and or cavern dives.
In the villa's ground floor you have a completely equipped kitchen, living room with an attractive view of the pool and courtyard-garden, dining room, two ample bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, and the other with two-twin beds, with French doors that open to the rear's private patio. Upstairs you can relax in a king-size bed in an oversized master bedroom, with a gracefully designed, brick dome ceiling and cupola. A private full bathroom, French doors that lead to your own spacious and private balcony overlooking the pool and lush gardens, and even a peek at the Caribbean sea.
The villa offers daily maid service, and fresh sheets, towels and soaps, unlimited bottled water. There is a public telephone at your disposal, located at the Sirena's entrance. Internet service is also available in the main office. Within a 20 minute walk you will find some excellent restaurants that cater to casual and fine dining, two grocery stores, souvenir shops, internet cafes, masseuse, ATM, money exchange, taxi cabs, fishing charters, dive shops, fresh produce stands (Wednesdays and Saturdays), personal laundry service.
Though arrangements with other owners, we can also offer other one, two, three-bedroom suites in the same area.
Enjoy a 20-minute drive to Playa del Carmen, there you will find an array of restaurants with a variety and international cuisine, enjoy the outdoor malls in and around the popular "Fifth Avenue" where you will find boutiques, quaint indoor and outdoor bars under palapas, night clubs, visit upscale and local artist shops...
