SeaScape is a Destin Florida vacation home rental in Destin Pointe, a gated 24-hour secure neighborhood. Our four bedroom, four and a half bath cottage has a private lakeside heated pool with connected hot tub, five porches (one screened by the pool), two fireplaces, hardwood floors, ten-foot ceilings, a TV/VCR combo in every bedroom, two-car garage, gas grill, outdoor shower, and a spectacular eight-foot 240 gallon salt water "living reef" aquarium. Located on Lake Caroline, with wonderful panoramic views of the Destin Harbor, East Pass, and Gulf of Mexico. Sleeps ten guests comfortably (King, Queen, Queen, Queen Sleeper, and Two Twins). SeaScape's front door is only 250 yards from the beach!
We are located just off Highway 98, on Gulf Shore Drive, in Destin, Florida, approximately three miles from the bridge that goes over to Fort Walton Beach. If you go to our personal website for SeaScape, you will see that we are in Destin Pointe, a very secluded 24-hour secure and gated neighborhood, right at the point where the East Pass and the Gulf of Mexico meet. From our front door, it is roughly 250 yards to the East Pass beach and just a short walk from our cottage is the Gulf of Mexico beach. We are near all the major shopping areas and only 7 miles from Silver Sands Factory Stores. If you play golf, there are 15 golf courses within 30 minutes of our front gate. You might want to consider that included in our weekly rate, you have access to two large pools (one directly across the street), a beach club, two tennis courts (directly across the street), the East Pass beach (250 yards from our front door), the Gulf of Mexico Beach (a short walk from SeaScape), a 24-hour secure gated neighborhood (a must when you have small children), and the best feature of all, our eight-foot, 240 gallon saltwater "living reef" aquarium, where kids will pull up their chairs and watch all the aquatic action for hours! Wow... what a babysitter!
