Stunning Five * Villa in Palmetto Dunes on Hilton Head Island * Three Bedroom, Three Bath * PET FRIENDLY.
We purchased this beautiful, three bedroom, three bath villa in Palmetto Dunes, and just re-decorated it from top to bottom in January 2006. It is the perfect place for a family vacation!
We fell in love with the open floorplan of this Inverness model because of its spacious, 2000 square feet, as well as the huge kitchen which has brand new cottage cabinets and new corian countertops! There is eating space in the kitchen with large picture window and garden-skylight! The large pass-through between the kitchen and the dining room, once again adds to this villa’s spacious, open feeling. New cottage dining area seats six. The living area offers denim seating areas, including a Queen-size sleeper sofa. New entertainment cabinet holds TV, DVD player, VCR, as well as an assortment of DVDs and children’s videos for your enjoyment. We have included a cabinet of puzzles, games, and books to enjoy with popcorn, perhaps, after a fabulous day of sun and sand!
Our fully-equipped villa sleeps eight. There’s a first floor bedroom with a Queen bed, and a Queen sleeper-sofa in the living room. There is an open/adjoining dining room that seats six. Laundry room with full-size washer & dryer, and full bath complete the first floor. The second floor includes a master suite with a king-size bed, huge walk-in closet, and adjoining bath. A walkout balcony overlooks the Fazio Golf Course. A second bedroom with twin beds, large walk-in closet, and another full bath completes the upstairs.
All the back windows overlook the twelfth hole of the world-famous Fazio Golf Course. The views are breathtaking!
Inverness is in the popular Palmetto Dunes area, which is a gated, secured plantation. In addition to bordering the Fazio Golf Course, we are just a short walk to the ocean. Travel and Leisure Magazine named the beaches of Palmetto Dunes #20 out of the Top 100 best beaches in the continental United States and Canada. Centrally located on the island, we are directly across from Shelter Cove, with its superb sidewalk restaurants, beguiling shops, charter-fishing boats and sightseeing cruises. Shannon Tanner (famous children’s songster) appears nightly in-season along with fireworks set off over the harbor! Bike paths take you through lush Wildlife Preserves. Inverness has three tennis courts and a beautiful full-size pool, as well as a baby pool!
During the summer season, the free Dunes Buggy provides shuttle service to all areas of Palmetto Dunes and neighboring Shelter Cove, including the mall and grocery store!
