The well-maintained 3-story property includes an open-concept main floor with updated kitchen, dining and lounge area. Cozy furniture, a beautiful 2-story stone fireplace and picturesque views of Wynne Lake invite you to relax and entertain in the great room after a day outside. 2 bedrooms, shared bath and laundry center complete the main floor. A loft bedrooms with 3 twins and private bath overlook the main floor and share the lake views. The lower floor features one private bedroom and bath, a lounge area with queen sofa/sleeper, plus kitchenette with small fridge, sink and coffeemaker. For your technology needs, the villa also includes 3 TVs (with cable), DVD players, high speed WiFi, and Bluetooth speaker for wireless music streaming from your devices. Enjoy!

Great property

Great property with everything we needed and then some. The extra touches of coffee and tea samples and games was wonderful. I also appreciated the short and realistic check out instructions (take garbage out, lock up everything, set thermostat back, start dishwasher). Simple. We had 8 adults and there was enough space but if you had any more it would be really tight. My only complaints would be the late check in time (5pm). Thankfully our property was ready and we were able to get in at 4pm but 5pm is later than any other rental. I also had to text/call a number in order to receive the check in information and code at least 2 hours prior to arrival; not a huge deal but a little odd.

We had our extended family here and it was a great time! Lots to do! House was very nice and kitchen had everything we needed. Definitely would stay again!!

Wonderful place to stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. It was super convenient to Giant's Ridge for our ski vacation. Property was clean, kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, cookware...you name it. Plenty of sleeping options. Don't bring any games because there are plenty waiting for you downstairs. We will definitely be choosing this property for our next vacation up North!

Great place close to the ski hill.

I am a degreed professional with a variety of passions and interests. In addition to an engineering career, I have worked in the natural foods industry (various roles over several years at a food co-op), nutritional counseling, and residential construction and interior design. For the past several years, I have been dedicated to the design/build of Green Gate Guest Houses- 10 unique lodging options within the Giants Ridge Recreation Area.

I have a passion for all areas of construction, design, technology, sustainable living, renewable energy, etc., and enjoy putting ideas into action through the myriad of projects I always have going!

I enjoy nature, outdoors, exercise (running, hiking, cycling, skiing, etc), as well as the culture and arts of the city. I've traveled domestically and internationally, and value the insight gained from experiencing new cultures. I often bring back design ideas that are eventually incorporated into various projects around the property. Looking forward to some time in Scandinavia next.

Having operated my vacation rental properties for about a decade now, I have been fortunate to host such a variety of wonderful guests from all over the planet, and have enjoyed being part of the community in my hosting and travels.
