The living area features a plush sofa and matching oversized chair. The large glass door allows a beautiful view over the third tee and lake, not to mention the view of the gorgeous Florida sunsets. Enjoy your DVDs, videos or cable in the living area or in the den which is furnished with a queen sized pull-out sofa and computer desk.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed, tv, two walk-in closets and private bath with large tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen sized bed and adjacent full 2nd bath. The upgraded eat in kitchen is fully equipped and seats four in the breakfast nook, or six on the screened lanai. The formal dining room just off the kitchen is great for entertaining and seats six comfortably. In addition there is a separate full laundry area off the one car attached garage.
GOLF INFORMATION:
The challenging but friendly 18 hole, par 72 golf course at Copperleaf was designed by Gordon Lewis. It has putting and chipping areas, driving range and five sets of tees for all levels of golfers. A $300 fee transfers private membership for the duration of the lease to the golf club, including the 11,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with casual and fine dining, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, lighted tennis courts and pro shop. Owner will pay transfer fee with 3 month lease (Jan-Mar.)
Bonita Springs is conveniently located between Naples and Ft. Myers on Florida’s beautiful south gulf coast. RSW International airport that serves the area is within 15 miles. Nearby beaches such as Bonita Beach, Barefoot Beach State Preserve, Vanderbilt Beach, and Lover’s Key State Park are some of the finest beaches in SW Florida. Close day trips include Captiva and Sanibel Islands for shell seekers or the Everglades for the adventurous. Shopping in the area is abundant-from the upscale shops of The Promenade and Venecian Village to the beautiful Miromar Outlets and many flea markets, there is something for everyone! There is also top notch casual and fine dining throughout the area.
