We are located in a nice residential neighborhood near shopping malls, movie theaters, and numerous causal and fine dining choices. Knotts Berry Farms with its water park is only 15 minutes away, Hollywood and Beverly Hills are only 50 minutes away. Would you like to see San Diego and Mexico? In a short 90 minute drive, you can! Several beaches are only 20-30 minutes away.
Don't worry about bringing all those beach accessories; we have chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrellas here for your use. Save money by using our efficiency kitchen, equipped with mini fridge, convection microwave, hot plate, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and flat/dinnerware for your convenience. Linens and bedding are all provided, plus offstreet parking for 2 cars.
The smart and contemporary living room has a full-size sofa bed, sleeps 2, and quaint dining space near the efficiency kitchen. Bedroom has a comfortable, antique English mahogany full bed, sleeps 2. For bookings more than 3 months in advance, we require a $150 refundable security deposit, and 50% of rental fee to hold dates. Balance due forty-five(45) days before arrival. Cancellations more than forty-five(45) days before arrival, all funds returned minus a $150 cancellation fee plus credit card and Paypal service fees whichever apply. Cancellations less than forty five(45) days before arrival, there will be a loss of moneies received, except for $150 refundable security deposit minus cancel fee of $150 and credit card and Paypal service fees. |
