Our Parisian styled apartment with private outdoor JACUZZI and amply supplied KITCHENETTE is clean, stylishly decorated, and centrally located to all the popular tourist attractions, with so much more to offer than a small hotel room. Apartment is semi attached to a private home in Garden Grove with private entrance, off street parking and yard for kids to play. Disneyland is a 10 minute drive away, LAX, Ontario or John Wayne Airports are only 20- 45 minutes away.

We are located in a nice residential neighborhood near shopping malls, movie theaters, and numerous causal and fine dining choices. Knotts Berry Farms with its water park is only 15 minutes away, Hollywood and Beverly Hills are only 50 minutes away. Would you like to see San Diego and Mexico?, in a short 90 minute drive, you can! Several beaches are only 20-30 minutes away.

Don't worry about bringing all those beach accessories; we have chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrellas here for your use. Save money by using our efficiency kitchen, equipped with mini fridge, convection microwave, hot plate, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, and flat/dinnerware for your convenience. Linens and bedding are all provided.

The smart and contemporary living room has a full-size sofa bed, sleeps 2, and quaint dining space near the efficiency kitchen. Bedroom has a comfortable, antique English mahogany queen bed, sleeps 2. Home has central air/heat, and ceiling fans in each room. We welcome you on your next visit to our sunny state.

Payment: We accept all major credit cards and payment through Paypal which is safe, secure and and a fast way to make payment.

Availability: Please check blinking availability calendar on this page for the dates you are interested in.

Security Deposit: $100.00 secured or authorized on credit card when you arrive and released when the apartment is left in order.

Cleaning fee $45


For bookings more than 3 months in advance, we require a $100 refundable security deposit, and 25% of rental fee to hold dates. Balance due thirty(30) days before arrival. Cancellations more than forty-five(45) days before arrival, all funds returned minus a $125 cancellation fee plus credit card and Paypal service fees whichever apply. Cancellations less than forty five(45) days before arrival, there will be a loss of monies received, except for $100 refundable security deposit minus cancel fee of $125 and credit card and Paypal service fees.

  • This is the best vacation apartment I've ever had! Located literally 5 minutes away from Disneyland. It not too big, but not too small either. Very cozy. Everything is decorated in Paris style. Teri and Brian are the best hosts ever! Very hospitable. The only negative side is it doesn't have a stove, there's a grill outside those. Would definitely come back again!

  • Brian and Teri, this trip has been wholly wonderful. You gave us a very warm welcome. You are so caring and talking to you was always a pleasure. The apartment is a charming place and the location was perfect for all our little trips to about every beach in the area, Los Angeles, Hollywood, Malibu and last but not least Las Vegas. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night and a view at the Disneyland fireworks. The decorations and interior show great taste and provide everything one possibly needs. Convenience stores and supermarkets are just a short drive away. Once again, thanks for the great time we had and we are sure to come back. ~Andreas

  • Teri and Brian Harvey are probably the nicest people you will meet. Our welcome from them made us feel like we were family friends rather than strangers renting their apartment. Our flight arrived late and we were tired. When we arrived the lights were on, the music was playing and there was a welcome basket of goodies. It was wonderful! Teri has impeccable decorating taste as is evident throughout the apartment and into the backyard. Not only is the apartment beautiful to look at, it is very clean. We had our 2 adult daughters with us and were very comfortable in the space. The street the house is on is awesome, quiet and quaint. It is minutes to groceries, coffee, shopping, baseball and of course Disneyland. Teri and Brian have a super collection of movies to suit everyone's taste. It was great to relax after a long day and chill out with a movie. We have just arrived home in Calgary and are already making arrangements to go back. If you are looking for the best place to stay in Anaheim, this is it!

  • My family had a wonderful time staying at Brian and Teri's apartment. The six of us - two grandparents, two parents and two small children - fit comfortably. The children especially enjoyed the backyard, which gave them a chance to burn some energy during the day. The toys, board games and movies would occupy them at night. The kitchennette allowed us to prepare a quick breakfast before heading into Disneyland or the city. Was surprised by the basket of fresh berries, some of which the children had never seen and had the chance to try for the first time. We also enjoyed have the chance to chat with Brian and Teri, usually at the end of the day. They are really the nicest, warmest couple. Wish we could have stayed longer just to spend some time with them as well!

  • My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was literally just a few miles from Disneyland (it took about 5 mins to get to Disney property and another 5 to actually get to the parks). The apartment was very cute and had everything you would want or need. Brian and Teri were very hospitable! We will definitely think of them again next time were in the area!

  • We loved your cozy apartment. All the ammenities were wonderful as was your hot tub! Certainly came in handy after walking all those miles at Disneyland. Your place was clean, refreshing and just plain LOVELY! The extras you had for the beach were wonderful to have. The welcoming smell of your flowers was delightful and only added to charm of your apartment. No complaints here. I would highly recommend this qaint little place to anyone! You were close to everything we needed. Quite an ideal spot I would say! Too bad we weren't able to spend more time with you Teri! Thank you for everything!

  • Our week in Anaheim was truely at great experience because of this cute, cute. cute apartment. The Harvey's are such wonderful people and their apartment exceeded all our expectations! The DVD library was a great hit with our boys, there were DVD's for every age! It was such a great convience to be able to cook food at home while at the same time being able to sight see without buying the theme park food. I would definitly stay with the Harvey's vacation homes again. They make you feel like part of their family and not just guests. Thank you again Brian and Teri for having such a great home!!!

  • We were very pleased with the apartment. It was tastefully decorated in a French motif and was immaculate. The hot tub was great, too. There are a wide variety of DVD's and the Harvey's have put together a very helpful collection of places to see and restaurant menus. I would definitely stay here again and recommend the apartment!
