This is the finest new beachfront home you will find. 3200 SF, private vanishing edge dipping pool, 24/7 secure gated, guarded complex, 7 wonderful common pools, Full Spa Services, directly beachfront, wall of windows to the pools, beach, totally private.

We are in the finest new Resort Community on the North Shore of the Puerto Vallarta Area; Punta Esmeralda. Unlike most of the homes in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle our Villa has a grand wide view of the bay (most properties are very narrow with a "tunnel view" We have a wall of windows in our great room over looking our private patio with large plunge, a large vanishing edge pool, the beach and bay beyond. we also have two wonderful master suites each with a wall of windows also facing the beach on each side of our great room.

In addition to the 2 wonderful master suites we have a total of 4 Bed rooms all with windows facing the ocean and all on one level for a great open feel. Each of the Bedrooms has a wonderful bath with slab marble vanities and marble flooring. In fact our entire Casa has marble flooring though-out it.

We have a grand kitchen which is fully equiped for your needs and in being new has slab granite tops on European cabinets.

Some of our guest have told us we have the nicest place they have stayed in after visiting the area for 20 years. Others have refered people to come stay with us upon meeting them on the plan ride back from staying at our Villa.

Forget the high rize communities, we are located in a wonderful secure location with a short walk to fine beach side dining in the Town of Bucerias. This town is "old Mexico" with cobblestone streets a slow pace but with plenty to do at affordable prices.

  • This is a "Wow" house, it's stunning..the views..the absolute top of the line in everything! from the 9 foot doors to marble everywhere. We had 12 in our group and stayed this past spring break...Lots and lots of room for everyone...Being a Chef owner of a small Bistro I was blow away by the gourmet kitchen.. Viking Everything..It had everything. I can not begin to tell you what a wonderful time we had.. Thanks again, Chris & Lorraine Barth

  • We stayed last Jan. in the 4 bedroom villa and just loved it. Lots of room, great kichen, loved this dipping pool and having 4 full bathrooms was great with 2 families. We have rented the new home they have bilt in punta esmerelda and are very excited for March of '09 thanks again

  • The Villa we rented from Mark Novak at Punta Esmeralda was absolutely GREAT! The villa was very clean and well kept. The villa is in a gated community. Our villa had dipping pool right outside the family room. We had a larger pool right below our dipping pool and terrace. There were also pools to the left with a cabana and another pool to the right plus a very nice beach in Banderas Bay. We also had a BarBQue on our terrace and a great Kitchen with all the modern conveniences and appliances. If anyone is looking for a great family vacation requiring 4 Bedrooms, I would highly recommend this villa at Punta Esmeralda. Rick Jorgenson
