Located on a beautiful beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, this unit is part of the Chateau Condominium, a 15-unit two story building in a small residential town that is not part of a noisy tourist section of Florida, yet is only a short distance to restaurants and excitement. Sand Key and Clearwater Beach are just north of here. Belleair Beach is completing a beach re-nourishment program and the beach is one of the nicest in Pinellas county.
This unit is on the second floor, facing east, with another sun balcony for relaxing.
The Condo gets morning sun, so it is cheery and sunny all morning and a little cooler in the heat of the afternoon, when it is nice to come back to the shade, after spending time in the bright sun by the pool and the beach.
The unit consists of a one bedroom and a combination kitchen/living room. The rooms are approximately 12 by 12 feet. The bedroom offers a brand new Simmons Beautyrest Pillow top queen-size bed with 500 count sheets. Our new fully tiled bathroom features a Shower Body Panel Spa. The bedroom window has a view of the Gulf and a park. At night you can hear the sound of the waves, as you fall asleep. During the day you get extra light and a really nice breeze throughout the rooms. New for 2009 is Wi Fi connection. Just bring your lap top and you are all set to work at the window and watch the dolphins go by.

We had another wonderful stay at your place this was #4.We really enjoyed the pool and beach. The weather was hot, but sunny and comfortable in the pool. My Dad was able to make it over and visit and watch another beautiful sunset a special treat for him from his usual nursing home routines. Got to talk with other guest and it's easy to see why everyone loves staying here. I love the bathroom-the shower is great. Your Wi-Fi set up is great next to the window. Such a cute clean place. Thanks for everything. Back soon!!

Thank-you so much for making your condo so beautiful, bright, clean and with so many conveniences. I have never stayed in a place that had everything I could ever need or think of needing as your place. I especially appreciated the little computer table with WiFi in the bedroom. It was so nice to sit beside the window and social network with family and friends and have such a wonderful beach view. We had a great vacation with fabulous weather and spectacular sunsets. Your place is absolutely wonderful. I am very particular about cleanliness and therefore very skeptical about renting places especially those found on-line. But your place is 5 stars for clean. I loved everything about the condo, not to mention THE WONDERFUL SHOWER :)!!! We had a great time here and whenever we're in Florida again we will certainly look you up. Where did the week go? I can't believe it's almost time to leave. We had an amazing vacation from our 4 teenagers. The condo is so clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Thanks for the aloe we really needed it. It's so peaceful here; you’re truly secluded from the rest of the world. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The weather was perfect too. Can't wait to come back next summer except a week is not long enough, 2 weeks sounds a lot better to me. Thanks again for everything.

We just had our third amazing stay at the Chateau. We love this place. The sea turtle nesting right in front of the condo this week was fabulous. We got to see the tracks before the ranger even got there. The weather was beautiful, the beach great and I always love the pool with your pool floats. The condo has it all, the new bathroom with shower spa, new bedroom rugs you are always improving the place if that is possible. Hope to make it back next year. This is truly our favorite place

The 2 weeks just flown by! Frank and I just had the most relaxing vacation in 29 years. Loved your spotless place it has everything you need or want. I'm surprised you didn't leave clean underwear in the dresser for us. We had sun everyday and enjoyed the beach and the pool. The tiki huts are great for much need shade. I left some pretty shells on your window sill. We also bought a beach umbrella before we realize you had one for us. We did leave other beach goodies too. Enjoyed your neighbors we are going to e-mail till next year, when we come back. We are glad you are becoming so popular I just hope you will have room for us next year. Thank you for taking the time to come and met us. We enjoyed your visit with your Italian mama and Sandy the Maltese. As my grandmother would say “we hope to see you again”.

We loved your condo and we could tell you put alot of time and thought into your place. It nice to go somewhere and feel like you are at home. Mike found the instructions very easy to follow. The sound system was great and we did watch several movies from your selection. The couch was VERY comfortable and loved that they extended.
