Located on a beautiful beach facing the Gulf of Mexico, this unit is part of the Chateau Condominium, a 15-unit two story building in a small residential town that is not part of a noisy tourist section of Florida, yet is only a short distance to restaurants and excitement. Sand Key and Clearwater Beach are just north of here. Belleair Beach has completed a beach re-nourishment program and the beach is one of the nicest in Pinellas county.
This unit is on the second floor, facing east, with another sun balcony for relaxing.
The Condo gets morning sun, so it is cheery and sunny all morning and a little cooler in the heat of the afternoon, when it is nice to come back to the shade, after spending time in the bright sun by the pool and the beach.
The unit consists of a one bedroom and a combination kitchen/living room. The rooms are approximately 12 by 12 feet. The bedroom offers a brand new Simmons Beautyrest Pillow top queen-size bed with 500 count sheets. Our new fully tiled bathroom features a Shower Body Panel Spa. The bedroom window has a view of the Gulf and a park. At night you can hear the sound of the waves, as you fall asleep. During the day you get extra light and a really nice breeze throughout the rooms. New for 2009 is Wi Fi connection. Just bring your lap top and you are all set to work at the window and watch the dolphins go by.

Year Purchased: 1980
Sally and Carol proud owners of a Jewel Box on the Gulf.
Our father bought our condo and it has been in the family since 1980. In Aug 1985 my sister and I inherited the condo the same month that Hurricane Elena pounded our shores for 3 days. What a way to start ownership. Things have only gotten better since the shaky start. A special event was getting married by the gulf on our pool deck.
It’s always special for us to come over to spend a weekend by the water and my guests feel the same way. We love the beautiful beach and the long walks we can take. Sunsets are breath taking. It’s a special place for unwinding relaxing and meeting new friends. Having the gulf, pool and Tiki huts in our back yard is what a vacation is all about.
Since 2004 we have been replacing everything (floors, doors, windows, kitchen, complete tiled bathroom with a spa shower & furniture) in the condo to the finished present day modern remodeled unit.
I live locally and I take care of the condo after every rental. I know the place will be spotless.
The condo is not my business it’s my hobby. I’m always looking for things to improve or add. I want my guest to feel like they are visiting a loved one’s home. I offer all the conveniences’ they would receive from them. Please look over my guest comments and I think I have accomplished my goals.

We had a great week of weather sunny warm, perfect for the beach. Great sunsets every night. As usual the condo was perfect and had everything we needed. After getting stung by a bee I walk upstairs to Sally medicine cabinet and put some Benadryl on it. She has thought of everything and so many little touches. The "Spa Shower" is a nice addition Hope to make a third visit real soon.

Thanks so much for everything, and we mean everything we needed for a wonderful vacation, the welcoming gifts were a delightful surprise. We appreciated all the through info, tips, history, tourism info, you name it was here. We usually stay on the panhandle. This was our first trip to the area so thanks for making it so very easy for us to feel right at home. Love the shower. The carpet in the bedroom was sooo soft and we loved the fully equipped kitchen even the fancy frying pans. We'll defiantly recommend your condo to family and friends. The minute I stepped inside the condo I felt like I was at a friend's house-a long lost friend warmly greeting me. Everything is beautifully coordinated. The atmosphere is very tasteful colorful upbeat delightful and CLEAN! Martha Steward would be proud of you! The mattress and linens were so comfortable. You are so considerate and nice to think of every imaginable detail from flashlights, razors, lotions, band aids, paper clips, coupon book, tourist brochures, area menus, etc. If it wasn't here, I didn't need it. Thanks for a homey welcome and a relaxing beachside vacation. I shall return, soon I hope.

We had another wonderful stay at your place this was #4.We really enjoyed the pool and beach. The weather was hot, but sunny and comfortable in the pool. My Dad was able to make it over and visit and watch another beautiful sunset a special treat for him from his usual nursing home routines. Got to talk with other guest and it's easy to see why everyone loves staying here. I love the bathroom-the shower is great. Your Wi-Fi set up is great next to the window. Such a cute clean place. I have never stayed in a place that had everything I could ever need or think of needing as your place. I especially appreciated the little computer table with WiFi in the bedroom. Where did the week go? I can't believe it's almost time to leave. We had an amazing vacation from our 4 teenagers. The condo is so clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Thanks for the aloe we really needed it. It's so peaceful here; you’re truly secluded from the rest of the world. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The weather was perfect too. Can't wait to come back next summer except a week is not long enough, 2 weeks sounds a lot better to me. Thanks again for everything.

We just had our third amazing stay at the Chateau. We love this place. The sea turtle nesting right in front of the condo this week was fabulous. We got to see the tracks before the ranger even got there. The weather was beautiful, the beach great and I always love the pool with your pool floats. The condo has it all, the new bathroom with shower spa, new bedroom rugs you are always improving the place if that is possible. Hope to make it back next year. This is truly our favorite place
