What a wonderful feeling to be able to come "home again". Many of our friends from last year were here as well as meeting some new ones. We look forward seeing them all again next year. We’ve had a wonderful time! In less than 24 hours of arrival we were trying to plan when we could come again. Such a beautiful beach! It was fun seeing dolphins, manatees, and sea birds. The sunsets were so special! The weather and your cute condo contributed to one of the most relaxing and special vacations. We had fun at the Frozen Four NCAA Hockey tournament and the Toronto Blue Jays/Detroit Tigers baseball game. Thank you and hope to see you again! PS: Island Way Grill dinner was so tasty!

As usual Jean & I had a great time. The weather was perfect as could be no day under 83 degrees. The unit is well supplied with everything a person would need. Well the entire month has turned out to be so much more relaxing than our usual 2 week stay. We really look forward to 2013 when we can stay the whole month of Feb again. When we come here we don’t have to go to the store for things we forgot because it is usually here. The people here are like family it’s a lot of fun. We found the condo on VRBO, read the reviews and decided to stop the search. We could not have been happier with our choice. We spent 8 wonderful, relaxing days playing in the ocean - steps from the condo - and finishing the afternoon by the pool. Every night was spent on the beach, watching the sunset from the chairs so handily provided. The condo was impeccably clean - the cleanest we have ever stayed in!! We especially appreciated the calmness of the area. It is not an area for lots of kids or bar hoppers. While in a quiet area, it is minutes from restaurants, shopping and all of the barrier island resort towns. Thanks Sally for a great time, and it was a pleasure meeting you. I'm sure we'll be back - if you ever have availability that is! Truly a gem!

I did t actually get to stay here, but I did book a reservation and had to cancel it due to an issue out of my control. I expected that Sally would be pretty put out, but she was quite the opposite and super understanding. I did not expect to get my deposit back, since she was able to rent it to another party she was honest and sent my deposit back. You certainly don't find too many people like that in this day and age. I will be renting this condo in the future as Sally has welcomed me back with open arms!!!

Brion and I can't believe the week is already coming to a close. It's so wonderful how you provide everything for the beach. The umbrellas were the best for the heat and our fair skin. We cooked in most night. Went to PJ's and had snow crab legs they were the greatest. Fantasic bed,super night sleep. We brought our bikes down but a word of caution the drivers are crazy, I got bumped, stay on the Pinellas Trail. Thanks for a relaxing week we love Belleair Beach

We want to say..... Thank you so much for your hospitality; we really enjoyed staying in your place! You took care of anything we could possibly need; your place is amazing. We felt right at home, and we couldn't get over all the little extras that you thought about that made our stay so wonderful, including all the welcoming treats! Your son has done a terrific and professional tiling job and your place is gorgeous. I thought for sure you're an interior decorator! (Love the bathroom!) It's very convenient there for long walks on the beach, lunch out by the pool in the shade of the tiki huts, watching the sunsets out by the pool, and of course it's a very nice pool for swimming too! The info you've collected telling us about nearby restaurants and activities, maps, etc were all very helpful also. Thank you for everything, see you next year!

What can I say but that our time was to short! We loved your place, amazing touches one doesn’t except, even chocolates WOW! The weather was perfect. Unbelievable wildlife So many birds we even saw wild parrots. But that was nothing at the beach we saw 3 dolphins and then 3 manatees came right past us and we were able to get into the water and swim with them. That was the highlight of our trip. Thanks for all you do to make your guests comfortable. Having so many movies is a real bonus. Next time I’ll turn off the cable so my husband won’t be glued to the High Definition screen. Wow what can we say awesome. This is a wonderful place. We totally relaxed and felt “at home” here. The property is terrific. The condo is beyond belief. The people are delightful. If there were anything that could have made our stay any better we have no idea of what it could be. The condo is so well appointed honestly an “eye glass repair kit”. We have found our getaway place and will be back every year if you will have us.

This little Jewel on the Gulf is as amazing as the description. The photos absolutely capture the loveliness of the condo and the property. The property is very clean and well-maintained. It's obvious that the owners want us to get as much enjoyment out of staying as they do themselves. And we have! And the people who live in/stay in the other condos on the property are absolute gems! They have enhanced our time here by so much! And, we love the ability to be at the pool, decide to go for a walk on the beach and then (after rinsing off) hop back to the pool. It has everything we would ever choose for an absolutely devine holiday/vacation. Bravo Sally and Carol!!! Bravo!!! We look forward to celebrating our 10th anniversary with you someday!

As usual this is the place to be. Your condo is always like coming home. The Feb people have become a second family to us. I think everything has been covered by all the previous guests’ reviews. They are all correct. We love your condo and yes you have certainly have thought of everything. You have done a great job of decorating, seems you have touch on all basics! The only disappointment, (that was out of your hands), was the cold weather. However we made the best of it. Rich and I enjoyed meeting you. We also enjoyed happy hour every evening around the fire. We met several of your neighbors very nice and friendly. We found your condo on VRBO and loved it, loved the location. Since we lived in the area many years ago we were anxious to explore! We went in a different direction everyday. We enjoyed the Columbian Restaurant on Sand Key so close compared to the original one in Ybor City If you are down January 6th don’t miss the Epiphany celebration in Tarpon Springs. Lots of excitement, with the boys jumping in the cold water to retrieve the cross. Thanks again for all the extra you provide, for your guests, it was a real treat.

I had another nice visit (7TH time) staying at your wonderful place. I love your new big screen TV and new set up-it looks great. Each time i come you are always adding new and neat things to your place making it more special. And you are so kind leaving all my favorite treats. This has been a relaxing visit with my Dad. Lots of nice restaurants. Mainly we stayed indoors. I brought the cold weather burr! But nice to cuddle up in your blanket to watch the DVD’s at night. What a wonderful week. We were pleasantly surprised by your fantastic condo. It was like nothing we’ve stayed in before. We felt like we were staying in someone’s home instead of a hotel. Third year coming down and we had another great week, at your beautiful condo. Fantastic weather everyday the average was 85. We really just come to relax and take long walks on the beach. This year we also took a sunset cruise at John’s Pass. We saw so many dolphins, absolutely wonderful. The sunsets at the beach are breath taking. We loved the new TV and finally found time to watched a DVD Thank-you for having all your added amenities at the condo. I forgot my aloe vera and of course you had some here to cool down my sunburn. Sitting at the airport, awaiting my flight home, wishing I had more time to spend at Sally's place. Just as mentioned before, Sally has thought of everything. As a walker and coffee drinker, she even had thermos cups for my husband and I to enjoy our morning beach ritual. We had the pool to ourselves and the beach with only a few others. Once again another great visit. I must like it at The Chateau 7 East this makes my 6th visit. It’s so clean, has everything and convenient for my visits to Dad who lives in a nursing home in Largo. He loves to come over and visit the beach. Thanks for the tips for early bird dinner at Marlin Darlin and Cody’s we both thought the dinners were delicious. Our story began when we looked for a place to stay in Fl. We checked out the VRBO sites for the West Coast Cities and found Belleair Beach We contacted many but Sally became our friend. She replied to all our e-mail and thought about everything to convince us to stay with her and she was right. We were real concerned about the oil spill in the gulf. She sent us maps of where it was and where her condo was, 300 miles away. When we saw the pictures on her web site we fell in love with the condo and particularly with the beautiful place which it is located directly on the beach. We spent two fabulous weeks relaxing, walking, swimming and sunning. We saw dolphins, found shark teeth and many shells. We tried many restaurants with the menus that Sally has left at the condo. Sunsets were the best watching from the pool. Thanks for everything we were like at home only better because our backyard was the Gulf. We will recommend your place to everyone we know and let them know they will have a fabulous time. Thanks for coming by and meeting us. We hope to be back real soon.

I look forward to "our" yearly vacation with out our 4 teenagers. It's our escape to enjoy the beautiful condo, pool, beach and wonderful neighbors. To future guest take the sunset cruise out of John's Pass it's amazing lots of dolphins & free wine and beer. It's a must. P.S. The water was so clear and clean and OIL FREE No worries.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay. Dean & I enjoyed every minute. You truly have put your heart into your condo. We are so grateful you opened it up for vacationers. Watching the sunset every evening was a treat we rarely enjoy in the busy city of Dallas/Ft. Worth. We both needed this vacation more than you could have imagined. Your attention to every detail is awesome. You have worked so hard to make your place feel like home. I would have enjoyed more time. I truly hope we have the opportunity to visit again. God knows exactly what we need when we need it .Thankfully we found you!

Thank-you so much for everything, you are awesome. Your condo was beautiful and so clean. While walking on the beach and looking around we realized it couldn't be any better than this. We hope to be able to come again next year for our 1st anniversary. For new guest don't miss the sunset cruise at John's Pass. It was amazing. This was the best Honeymoon ever to imagine. The memories will be wonderful. Don't want to go home!
