This cottage was built in 1965 and still looks original, but has been updated inside for your comfort. The ground level house is painted in bright tropical colors to give you that that old island feel. With two kitchens and two living rooms, this spacious 2000 square foot house has plenty of room to spread out. It has a huge master bedroom suite (with a king-size bed) that has its own living room and sitting area. On the other side of the house are two other bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twins). All this overlooks the fenced in pool area and Pine Channel. A 200 foot dock for mooring your boat has been completed, with dockage for 2 boats, and 4' depth at low tide.
From Barry Beach, it takes only minutes in your boat to get out front to Looe Key and American Shoals, and has easy access out back to the Gulf and the Content Keys. Whether you are diving, fishing, kayaking, or just going boating, you'll find it easy and quick to get to your destination.
So just relax on the pool deck and watch the sunrise or moonrise over Pine Channel, or cook your catch of the day on one of the two gas grills provided and eat your dinner outside at the table in front of the pool. This house is truly set up for waterfront living at its best.
