If you're ready to feel the soothing sounds of the waves and relax in style, then this is the right place for you. As a BEACH FRONT HOME, this house is located in the wonderful Pierpont beach community in the City of Ventura (60 miles north of Los Angeles).

A year round weekly rental (or monthly outside of summer), our beach house easily sleeps 10 and is a perfect getaway for families, or a group of friends and it would also make a great business retreat. As a beach front home being situated right on a prime large beach, you'll enjoy the comfort and amazing views of the ocean and offshore Channel Islands which provide a background for spectacular sunsets. Relax on the deck or back patio (with gas fire pit), or curl on the couch along side our gas fireplace. With all the creature comforts of an exclusive resort, you may never want to leave our getaway on the beach.

Two full stories above the ground level garage, this home has three bedrooms and three baths, a family room, living room with attached casual or formal dining room, reading/recreational nook, full kitchen in approximately 2400 square feet of living in a very open floor plan with lots of windows to show off the ocean/island view.

Complete interior remodel done in February 2006. Essentially everything has been ripped out and redone and/or completely renovated and upgraded. Renovation included: new carpet, paint, electrical, plumbing, bathrooms/showers, toilets, appliances, window treatments, railings and new furnishings throughout the home. Complete exterior remodel completed in 2004 (new cedar decks/siding, DBL insulated windows, etc.).

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
Bedroom One - Master bedroom with king bed. New bathroom and vanity area redone in beautiful tumbled stone. Nice size deluxe shower with a double vanity sink and very large walk in closet. Private balcony only accessed from master bedroom with panoramic ocean/island views. Master has Direct TV satellite cable with a DVD/VCR playerand a 32 inch LCD TV. Nice nook area just outside master bedroom makes for a great reading, game or recreation area.

Bedroom Two - This room features four beds in the form of a bunk bed (two twins) and a separate double bed. Walk in closet and attached bathroom (just redone) with shower and tub. Direct TV Satellite cable with a DVD/VCR player.

Bedroom Three - This room features one queen bed and a walk in closet. Ample room for rollaway bed or for a crib (if you bring them). Attached bathroom shared with bedroom two. Direct TV Satellite cable with a DVD/VCR player.

Large open living room on main floor has couch with a pull out queen bed. Living room also has a fire place and a new 46 inch High-definition LCD TV with Direct TV satellite cable (with TIVO). High quality/compact surround sound stereo is connected to the TV. Enjoy movies in style or listen to the radio/CD. Bring your IPOD and link it up to the stereo system (cable provided) and your styling. Note: A second similar stereo system is located in the adjacent family room.

Personal Currency Assistant

Summer (June 1 to Sept 14)................. $650/night ............... $4250/week.
Mid Season (Sept 14 to Nov and April to June 1) .. $500/night, $3000/week.
Winter Season (Dec to Mar) .......... $450/night, $2500/week.
Thanksgiving week is $3000 and Christmas week is $3250.
2 night minimum. Cleaning fee ($250) applies to rentals less than 3 nights.
Winter occupancy - January 2008 to May/June 2009 - $6,500/month
TOT TAX: The City of Ventura adopted a transit occupancy tax
The tax amount is 10% beyond the rates quoted above effective October 1, 2008.

    • We had the time of our lives at the Biedebach beach house! Surf fishing, long walks on the beach, and nights around the fire pit were just some of the amazing memories created that week. The house had absolutely everything we wanted and needed, and was absolutely beautiful and sparkling clean. We were very sad to leave, and miss the beautiful sound of the waves each day! We would highly recommend this beach house to anyone!

    • We miss the beach!!! We were lucky enough to find this beach house on VRBO and it remains the best vacation we have ever had. As a small family, we couldn't have wanted more out of a house, neighborhood or from the renters. Most importantly, we were able to keep our toddler entertained daily, normally not an easy task! We are grateful for all that Mike and Erica provided, it was truly above and beyond. We'd rent from you guys again in a heartbeat. Also, like everyone else... We still can't believe about the dolphins! We saw them at least once a week and they weren't more than 10 meters from the shoreline. Thanks again. These are memories which we will cherish for a lifetime.
