It has been in my family since complex was first built. Original owner was my Grandmother who lived in San Antonio.

I can relax just by looking out the window. It is a quiet complex and Rockport is a charming town. I love going down as often as possible and it is well worth the drive from Houston!

A great view of the bay right from the deck. Nice view from living room and two of the three bedrooms as well. We spent alot of our time on the deck. Watched the birds, boats in the distance, and jumping fish. Nice pier across the street. Tried to fish, but not very experienced. Fish ate our bait. Another fisher there gave us some helpful tips as well. Kitchen was nicely supplied with condiments so we did not have to buy those. Games, water toys, and a few books for guests to use. Pool and tennis courts are a short walk away. First floor so was easy for my handicapped sister to get around. A nice quiet complex. They are very lucky to own this and I would stay again. Owner is great to deal with. Price quoted is the price. No extra fees for cleaning (unless you make a big mess) or booking as some other rentals I checked.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children, pet owners, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Beautiful & delightful condo. Has everything you need, including friendly & helpful notes from the owner. Wonderful waterfront location. Our kids loved the swimming pool. Fishing pier right across the street is very user-friendly. Couldn't be nicer!

Condo is very nice. Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Pool is very nice. Has a great views of the Bay. Alison was very easy to work with. Rockport has lots to do. The Beach in Rockport is nice and there are water toys in the condo they let you use. Would highly recommend eating at the Boiling Pot and Hemingways. The only Negatie I would give the condo is that the TV in the living room is small.

We loved the condo. The location is very convenient to restaurants & shopping. The private pier is one of the nicest we've seen. Fishing is just across the street...no need to drive. We are booking another trip. Enjoy!
