Owner Description

Year Purchased: 1972

Busy mother of two boys and wife of a lawyer/politician. Native Houstonian and still here! I manage the condo for my dad who is the owner.

Why the Owner Chose Rockport

It has been in my family since complex was first built. Original owner was my Grandmother who lived in San Antonio.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

I can relax just by looking out the window. It is a quiet complex and Rockport is a charming town. I love going down as often as possible and it is well worth the drive from Houston!

    • Beautiful & delightful condo. Has everything you need, including friendly & helpful notes from the owner. Wonderful waterfront location. Our kids loved the swimming pool. Fishing pier right across the street is very user-friendly. Couldn't be nicer!

    • Condo is very nice. Kitchen has everything you would ever need. Pool is very nice. Has a great views of the Bay. Alison was very easy to work with. Rockport has lots to do. The Beach in Rockport is nice and there are water toys in the condo they let you use. Would highly recommend eating at the Boiling Pot and Hemingways. The only Negatie I would give the condo is that the TV in the living room is small.

    • We loved the condo. The location is very convenient to restaurants & shopping. The private pier is one of the nicest we've seen. Fishing is just across the street...no need to drive. We are booking another trip. Enjoy!
