Our air-conditioned, smoke free, Condo is professionally decorated with contemporary styling by Espacios, one of Mexico’s premier interior decorators. You will love the fabulous Playa Royale pools, flowering gardens, and pristine beach! As guests in Tower II of Playa Royale, you have exclusive access to the pools, spas and children's pool in the gardens, as well as use of the palapas located along the white sand beach. The ocean views and Playa Royale gardens are dramatic, but nothing compares to the fabulous sunsets from our deck, the grounds of the property, or the ocean beach.
This is a second floor corner unit with indoor/outside access on two sides of the large wrap around deck that features a built in wet bar, veranda table and chairs, plus chaise lounges. Enjoy satellite reception on the 29-inch TV in the living area, plus a DVD/VCR combination. There is a master suite with king-size American style bed with box spring/mattress and adjoining full bath. The queen Hide-a-bed sleeps two guests comfortably and the second bath also has a marble tub/shower and vanity. The laundry area has a full washer dryer and cleaning supplies. Enjoy breakfast on the terrace, in the dining room, or at the granite breakfast bar. A deluxe kitchen is equipped with stainless double-sided refrigerator with ice maker, range, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster-oven, gourmet cooking ware, blender, dishes, extra glassware, and plastics for the deck and pool. El Tigre Golf Course is close by and can be reached by Paradise Village shuttle pickup at Playa Royale. Spa Paraiso is located at the Golf Club. Guests can visit the Paradise Village Hotel and enjoy all the amenities with a day pass, or join our Paradise Village Social Club for a nominal fee which gives membership for the time of your stay. You become part of the community to use the Beach Club pool and restaurant (at Playa Royale); the El Tigre Sports & Racquet Club with tennis, Kids Club, lap pool, sauna/steam rooms, squash, racquetball, basketball, huge exercise gym, and classes.
It is a short 10-minute walk to the Paradise Village Mall where restaurants abound, as well as in the hotel and at the Il Pescatore at the Paradise Marina. There is even fast food from McDonald’s, Dominos, Subway and other choices in the Mall. A shuttle comes to Playa Royale every 1/2 hour for guests to travel to the Mall, the golf course or the Sports & Racquet Club. It is a short trip to Puerto Vallarta (20 minutes), to Marina Vallarta (15 minutes) and you are only 10 minutes from the airport.
