This is an excellent unit. We have been staying here for 6 years every January and we love it. The best part in the lanai. It overlooks the beach and as it is a corner unit you can see down the beach also. The lanai is screened in and has glass windows the can be opened or closed according to the weather. The manager is very helpful if you need anything. Would recommend it but not in Janaury. That's our time.Recommended for: Girls getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, age 55+.

Great place! This corner unit is nice and bright and the view is incredible! The furniture and beds are very comfortable and the condo is well stocked with everything you need. This location is by far the best in the area. The beach here is gorgeous and very wide. Many other condo buildings in Ft. Myers have little or no beach. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone planning a vacation to Ft. Myers Beach!Owner response: Thank you, hope you are enjoying your stay

Our stay in this condo was a very enjoyable one! The corner unit was a GREAT view of the ocean and over looking the pool. It was well stocked with stuff for the beach - chairs, toys, etc... The pool was never overcrowded and was also right on the beach. We would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a place to stay on fort myers beach. Thank you!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
