Relax at one of the most pristine undeveloped areas of Florida, Cape San Blas and Saint Joseph Peninsula. This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath single family house faces the beach with a nice beach view. Situated on the 1st tier you can see the beach on either side of the two beach front houses located in front of our house. Just 300 feet from the back deck of the house are 2 boardwalks to the beach. Each boardwalk is about 300 feet in length with beautiful views of the ocean and beach.

World renowned for nature activities such as fishing, scalloping, kayaking, boating, shell collecting, horseback riding, and bird, butterfly, dolphin and wildlife watching. These and other nature based activities are just outside your door. The best kept secret of Florida.

Vacation in the modern convenience of home with cable TVs, VCRs and a DVD, wireless high speed Internet, a fully equipped kitchen (you just bring the food), large dining area, Ralph Lauren luxury linen, two comfortable leather couches, fireplace, central heat and air, a game closet, a small book collection, and an expansive covered deck and uncovered deck with Gulf views.

The downstairs contains the kitchen, dining room, living room and a bathroom (which can also be accessed through the side entrance to the house) as well as the front and rear deck. The upstairs contains the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The front bedroom contains a bathroom, the master bedroom also has a bathroom with a vanity area, and the third bedroom is accessible through the master bedroom (it does not have an attached bathroom but the other two upstairs rooms do).

This is a well maintained and cared for home. Pet and Child Friendly! Non Smoking! Located just 300 feet from two different boardwalks to the beach. Each boardwalk is about 300 feet long ending directly on a wide beach with sand dunes (about 600 feet to the water). The back deck of Amazing Grace has a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico. Amazing Grace is located approximately one mile West on Cape San Blas road after turning off C-30 toward the Cape.

Saturday to Saturday Rentals preferred but other dates and partial weeks are considered. Specials do not include holidays. The closest major airports are the Panama City Bay County International airport (PFN) located approximately 36 miles northwest of Port St Joe in Panama City, Florida, and the Tallahassee Regional airport (TLH) located roughly 69 miles northeast of Port St Joe in Tallahassee Florida.

The beach was nice and quiet and the house was very comfortable for three adults a college student and a four year old. We like to kayak and this was a great location both from the beach near the house and nice locations in St Joe's bay and Indian Pass. We had a very peaceful relaxing stay and for once our lab-newfoundland mix was competely worn out everyday. Thanks

  • We have stayed at "Grace" for the past three years in July. We have made so many family memories. We have our Bassett Hound "Rosie" who although has a little problem on the stairs just loves the beach. This is truly a beautiful beach home to spend a great vacation, plus the owners have done an excellent job of supplying a lot of the neccessaties. It is by far the best place to stay for us.

  • This is our 2nd visit to this beach house and we loved it as much the 2nd time as we did the first time 2 years ago. Our 2 Golden Retrievers loved the almost private beach as much as we did. There is nothing better than a long walk on the beach with your dogs before breakfast. A great week and hopefully not our last visit to Cape San Blas and a house named Grace.

  • If you are looking to get away from the hubbub, this is the perfect place. The beach is unspoiled and it is wonderful to be the only people in sight. We brought our two dogs, who frolicked in the waves and had a blast. At night, there are a million stars since there is absolutely no light pollution. Truly amazing. As far as beach vacations go, the serenity and seclusion of Sand Blas make us want to come back! Thanks!

  • We had an absolutely fabulous vacation here! We have two small kids, and this house was perfect for them because of all of the space and bathrooms. The property is almost as close to the beach as you can possibly get, so it was easy to go back to the house when an item was forgotten or a snack was needed for one of the kids. The beach itself was very uncrowded and beautiful. We felt like we had the whole place to ourselves (quite a difference from our other beach experiences - Myrtle, etc.). This is a special place!
