This updated condominium/villa is located on the first floor of Building "C" in the Ocean Villas, steps from resort amenities and 10 units back from the pool. There is an olympic size pool, children's pool and secluded pool on the property. The pool and beach are within view of the villa. The property has private access to a white sand beach with boardwalk to the beach, ten lighted tennis courts, bicycle rentals,and fitness center are all within the resort. Family friendly with "in season" childrens activities. No hassle with elevators, park directly in front of the condominium/villa.

Completely furnished with a king-size bed in the bedroom and new pull out queen-size sleeper sofa.(No bunk beds). We loved staying at this Beach and Tennis resort on HHI. David and Vivian were most helpful and prompt on answering all our questions. We found the villa to be everything and more for the money. Pictures on line were most accurate. It was more spacious than expected. Very clean and all the amenities were just what we needed. Perfect for a couple or small family. 24 hour security was nice for safety. The beach was beautiful and just a short walk from the villa. The island is very clean and there are awesome places to visit such as Harbortown. Loved eating at Skull Creek Boathouse and recommend it highly, especially if you like seafood. Recommend stopping at a South Carolina or Hilton Head Island welcome center for maps, info and coupons. We have already recommended this villa to family and friends and plan to return again sometime ourselves.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children.

THIS IS A GREAT CENTRAL LOCATION. PROPERTY WAS VERY CLEAN AND ACCESSABLE GREAT FOR A FAMILY OR WONDERFUL FOR COUPLES. EVERYTHING WAS MORE THAN WE EXPECTED. VERY REASONABLY PRICED FOR ALL THE AMENITIES. MY SON AND I HAD A MOST MEMORABLE VACATION, AND WILL DEFINITELY BECOME REPEAT GUESTS!! MUCH FUN IN THE SUN AND SAND...ON SITE JAMAICA JOE'S HAS GREAT FOOD, HUDSON'S SEAFOOD ALSO VERY GOOD. SHELTER COVE WAS A NICE ATTRACTION. HOWEVER, THE LONG BIKE RIDES ON ALL THE TRAILS AND BEACH WAS AWESOME. DAVID AND VIVIAN WERE MOST HELPFUL AND ACCOMADATING . I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY, THATS HOW I WAS INTRODUCED. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
