  We had such a delightful time at this beautiful condo! My husband and I are from California and wanted to have a special week away with our 3 adult daughters and son in law. It was a perfect location since two of our girls live in DC so we combined a trip to see them and then all drove out to the sea! It was such a quiet resort and so peaceful. We loved the sunsets from the living area, the big beautiful kitchen that we could all cook our dinners together, the clubhouse for fun times soaking in the hot tub, the tennis courts, the beauty of the bay and walk to the gazebo. The house is large enough that we all had our own rooms. The house is decorated so pretty and nice that we felt like we were in a tropical paradise. And the owner Shawn was SO helpful getting us set up and the whole process was easy and delightful. He communicates well, and we didn't have a single complaint! We enjoyed all the local beaches, which there are many to explore and just enjoyed being together in such a nice realizing place. I would highly recommend this place. You won't be disappointed!

  My family spent the 2nd week of August 2011 at the Costigans wonderful townhouse . It was our first time in Bethany and we LOVED it. Our family was so comfy all week in this tastefully decorated yet cozy house. Perfect location and truly did have the gorgeous sunsets. Right across from the pool and hot tub. There may be a small fee but so worth it. Many of us gym buffs also enjoyed working out in gym. All of Sean's recommendations for eateries were great. We would definitely come back!

  We were all looking forward to staying in this unit based on the description and pictures. We were pleasantly surprised that it exceeded our expectations on every level. We were a party of 12 (9adults 3 babies) and there was more than enough room. The condo is spacious, beautifully decorated and has the best location in the complex. It is literally steps from the clubhouse/pool and has spectacular views from the decks. The kitchen is bigger than our "home" kitchens with all of the amenities necessary to "eat in" if you want. The bedrooms, unlike most vacation rentals have ample dresser and closet space, and the bathrooms in the two master bedrooms are enormous! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone wanting to stay in Bethany Beach. It's about a mile drive to the beaches, but we never had a problem finding a parking space. The restaurants were great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. We enjoyed our break from our typical Jersey shore vacation and look forward to returning :)

  This is simply an outstanding place to vacation with a family! We came for an extended weekend over the holiday and had a great time. Between the playground, clubhouse and local "attractions" the kids were more than entertained. The location is wonderful, the owners are extremely helpful (sorry!), the scenery is amazing (especially the sunsets), the amenities are everything promised and more and the property itself felt more like a home then a rental unit. We would highly recommend this rental to anybody looking to vacation in the Bethany area.

  Our family loved this condo! It tastefully decorated and had the amenities of a luxury hotel. The grounds are beautifully kept and the condo is located very near the clubhouse. We enjoyed the pools, the tennis court and walking down the path to the bay for sunsets. It was a little bit of peace and quiet in busy Bethany Beach. Access to the ocean is a very quick drive. We had no problem parking during the week. We used the Central Blvd parking, which is less crowded and a short walk down the boardwalk to the shops. The children really loved the gorgeous sandy beach, which underwent complete restoration two years ago. Restaurants are nearby, we loved Blue Coast, Mango is on be Beach, and kid friendly, and we enjoyed take-out from Bethany Blues. Who needs to sit in a crowded restaurant when your dining room has the best view?

  We stayed at this gorgeously-decorated vacation home for the week of the Fourth of July. The neighborhood is lovely and you can't beat the beautiful bay views from the property's three decks. Bethany Beach was definitely quite crowded for parking over the weekend, but once the holiday traffic subsided, it was easier to get there and park. Since the shuttle from the community only runs on the weekends we weren't able to take advantage of that and drove whenever we went to the beach. The distance isn't too far but the roads on which you'd have to walk are busy. Perfect rental for a group like ours where some people don't enjoy the beach and others do because you have plenty of non-beach options. Boardwalk at Bethany, boardwalks in Rehoboth and Ocean City, MD, outlets in Rehoboth, and of course the clubhouse right next to the house with pools, gym, and table games. Very relaxing and fun stay in Bethany!

  This property is beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. The owner was very helpful in answering all of my questions and always prompt in getting back to me. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Anything we needed we found! It's very conveinient to the beach, just a short drive. We had no trouble finding parking right off the beach. Close to everything including grocery stores and restaurants. We used the clubhouse frequently. I would recommend to anyone and will most likely rent this property again.

  My family and I (11 all together) really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful location. We used the indoor pool, outdoor pool, tennis courts, nearby crabbing dock, weight room and the game room. All these amenities are within 200 yards of this condo. The parking at the beach was a little crowded on the weekends, but then the shuttle was available Sat and Sun. Love Bethany's small and quaint boardwalk. Short drives to Ocean City, MD and Rehoboth for larger boardwalks. A bit pricey for 1.2 miles from the beach, but still enjoyed. Thumbs up!!

  Great people to work with....very friendly and always helpful. The condo itself is well appointed, and very close to everything! Only a short distance to the beach, and close enough to OC and Rehobeth, without the congestion. We would highly recommend a family vacation here!!!!
