The place was exactly as depicted and a very lovely and clean place to stay. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the peacefullness with the snow falling.

What a beautiful Condo it surpassed all that we had expected it to be. Great location for a exceptional girls retreat weekend for tree lighting 07! Very close to town if you choose to walk but far enough away from the hustle of town to enjoy the quite of the mountain views that surround this home. Your condo was a true home with better amenities than I have gotten in some of the bigger hotels in town and space lots and lots of space for our group to share local wine and girl talk by the fire while we exchanged our gifts in front of that perfect christmas tree in the living room what a treat . Karl thank you for sharing your home with us we will be back in the Summer to take advantage of the **** golf course that we noticed was located right next door .I think you have helped us start a new traditon for all us girls the memories of this weekend will be with us forever thanks again for all the special items that you made sure were in this condo on our arrival to help with those memories .

We had a great time in Leavenworth, and your condo was beyond our expectations. The crowning touch was the decorated Christmas tree! Our three nights there were outstanding; time for sports on TV, crossword puzzles and addictive Sudoku. Thanks!

We had a girls weekend the weekend of December 7th 2007 and were so excited to see what a cozy, well equipped condo this was. It was like home away from home. It was my first time to come up for the tree lighting and there were no disappointments for the weekend. I would recommend this place to anyone! The Christmas decor was the icing on the cake! Thanks so much for sharing your wonderful place. We will be back again!!!

What a great place!!! We had a great time and the accomodations were excellent and extremely clean. It beats staying in a hotel any day! The walk to town was very reasonable. The highlight of our stay was going to "The Sound of Music" production by Leavenworth Summer Theater. We highly recommend it. No question, if we visit Leavenworth again, we would stay at Der Rothaus!

What a great place to stay and what a reasonable price! My family and I (4 kids, 2 adults) had the best time and enjoyed our walk into town everyday, sledding everyday, and of course, eating brats. The condo was perfect for us and one of the cleanest places we've stayed in! Thank you so much!

We spent a wonderful weekend at Der Rothhaus. Great location. You can walk into town. We were in town for a sleigh ride, tubing, and the tree lighting. A very comfortable and warm place to come home to after a fun day of wintertime activities. Both our families had a great time. A great place to stay

In November of 2006 5 scrapbooking ladies had a delightful 3 night stay at your "home away from home". We appreciated the wonderful homey atmosphere. We brought in 5 large tables to scrapbook the memories of children, husbands, and friends, and we still had plenty of room to sprawl out, relax, chat, and de-stress! What a super get-away this was for us! We made into Leavenworth for one night's dinner, but the rest of the time we were completely satisfied to hang out at "home"! Thanks for the great retreat!

We spent two nights in your condo in early August and truly enjoyed it! Our children loved swimming at the city pool, biking to and from town, and visiting all of the local bakeries. We go to Leavenworth often and have found this to be a better option rather than renting a motel for our family of four. The condo was beautifully decorated and had a warm cozy feel to it. We will definitly be returning should the opportuinity arise.

We stayed at Der Rothhaus in July 2006 for two weeks and found it delightful! The accomodation was very clean and tidy and in a perfect location. The grounds of the complex are well taken care of and it was very quiet and peaceful. Especially appreciated were the fluffy towels and scented candles in the bathrooms, clean pillows and bedspreads and nice smelling soaps! I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone wanting a home to stay in, rather than a hotel. It was perfect for us and our two girls, who could walk to the movies, mini golf, rafting trips and to town on their own. We will definitely be returning!
