The first floor features two bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with a single bed. In the rear of the house is a laundry room with a large capacity washer and dryer.
The upstairs is every kid and parents dream. This is a large second floor with two separate sleeping areas that feature a double bed in each. The common area has two futon beds, a TV and DVD. There is a large backyard with gas grill and patio furniture. An enclosed outdoor shower is also available. There is off-street parking to accommodate three cars. Although restaurants, bars, beach, boardwalk and shopping are walking distance. Historic Capemay is a 15 minute drive and Atlantic City Casinos a 35 minute drive.
This single family home is reasonably priced for your enjoyment without the restrictions of Condo living.
