The 1,200 sq. foot guest house is located on a two-acre Ten Mile Vista family estate. The private retreat accommodates up to four people--king bed in master loft (with private bath) and twin over full bunk bed.
The interior has been designed for a rustic mountain feel with leather and wool upholstered furniture, brick floors, barnwood interior siding and a wood-burning fireplace. Large windows overlook the Ten Mile Range and the Breckenridge ski area from the great room and loft.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with a full-sized refrigerator and freezer, oven, microwave, rangetop, pantry, cooking utensils and dinnerware. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, all linens, jetted tub, iron, hairdryer, telephone, cable TV, VCR and DVD players, Wi-Fi internet connection and stereo with CD player.
The location is close to world-class skiing: Breckenridge-3 miles, Keystone-9 miles, Copper Mtn.-12 miles, Arapahoe Basin-15 miles, Vail-23 miles. The Gold Run Nordic Center and Breckenridge Golf Course are within 1/2 mile of the property. You will need a vehicle to access skiing and towns.
Pets may be considered with a deposit, and possible additional cleaning fee, depending on size and characteristics.
All stays must be at least 30 days in duration.

Why the Owner Chose Ten Mile Vista
When we purchased our home, it included this idealic guest house. Initially, we only had friends and family stay there. As time went on, and we saw how much our guests enjoyed our guest house and Breckenridge, we decided to rent it to Summit County visitors on a month plus basis.
The Unique Benefits at this House
The guest house has great views of the Breckenridge Ski Area and the Ten Mile Range. It is cozy for two to four people with rustic furnishings and a wood-burning fireplace. Most of our guests are returning for the second and third times.

The most visited ski resort in North America. It is just three miles from the guest house.

We spent the holidays at the Guest House and it was the most perfect vacation of our lives. The skiing was amazing at Breckenridge and the surrounding resorts, and there was so much snow that we didn't know what to do with ourselves! Our party of 4 was perfect for the house, and the nights sitting by the fire playing games and laughing will be with us forever. Lisa and Thad are the perfect hosts, and don't forget to say hi to their wonderful dog Baxter. Thanks again!

Had a winter stay with the family and the accommodations were great. Close to Breckenridge and Keystone. Plus, the woods behind the guest house were awesome snowboarding and sliding, and great show shoeing in the neighborhood also.

We loved our stay in Breckenridge and our visit was greatly enhanced by the hosts of this beautiful mountain guest house. Everything we needed to have an "insider's" visit to the area was taken care of in the way of information, access, and proximity. Each member of our party of 6 was blown away by the comfort, beauty and location of what felt like our home away from home. We'll be back for sure!

I stayed in your house with my family last summer. It had everything you promised and a few pleasant surprises you didn't mention. The location was fantastic, the setting tranquil.
