This second floor home in the Palmetto Dunes section of Pelican Sound has 2170 square feet of air conditioned living space with an attached two car garage and a 260 square foot fully screened lanai. The lanai overlooks a pond and the #2 green on the Island course. The swimming pool, hot tub and grilling facilities are located within viewing distance from the lanai.
Newly decorated, this condo has an open and spacious floorplan. The great room features cathedral ceilings with a comfortable living room and a 46" flat screen TV. Other roons include a large kitchen with a separate dining table, pantry and corian counters, a dining room, den and laundry room. Each of the three bedrooms feature a walk-in closet and an overhead fan with a wall mounted speed switch. There are eight overhead fans in the condo and the lanai.
Entertainment includes the 46" flat screen TV in the great room, a 37" flat screen in the master bedroom and TVs for the other bedrooms and the den plus wireless Internet throughout the condo. The den includes high speed Internet connection and a full size work desk with a printer/copier. Two DVD players and a VCR are also available.
The entire condo was painted in October, 2007 in shades of beige, rose, coral, green and yellow.
Pelican Sound is a 547 acre gated community which has 27 holes of golf, tennis courts and a daily boat shuttle to Lovers Key State Park and the gulf beaches. The Pelican Sound complex includes a number of swimming pools, tennis courts, an exercise room and dining facilities. Pelican Sound is most convenient to the cultural amenities of Naples and Fort Myers and to the Miramar Outlet mall.

Listing was described accurately and the property was very comfortable and roomy. Lovely view from lanai. Owner helpful in having items requested by renters. I would recommend this property. The community is very nice. The golf course very nice and golf professionals very welcoming. It is located near Coconut Point which we used frequently for movies, restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed the 4 years we have rented this property.

We spent the month of Jan. '09 in #78841 carriage home. The kitchen was by far the best equipped of the 15 homes/condos/villas we have rented. This home was extremely clean, spacious, and offered nearly all the conveniences which contribute to making a vacation memorable. Tom went out of his way to make our stay at Pelican Sound enjoyable.

We have stayed in Tom's carriage home on two occasions and plan to rent it again. We have found Tom to be most helpful and there have been enhancements to the condo since we first rented. The condo is spacious and is very nicely decorated and well furnished. All the amenities of Pelican Sound are within close proximity and we have always enjoyed our vacations there.

Jack and I enjoyed our stay at this lovely Carriage House. It was so big and spacious. The house was very clean. The Linear looks out on a lakeview and Golf Course. So serene and quiet. Just a wonderful vacation for anyone.
