I had never rented from a private owner and had always stayed at hotels and resorts. My wife and I decided to look at other options. This condo was the first one I looked at. After looking at a couple of others I emailed Jack and Michael. Within a couple of hours we had exchanged several emails, spoke on the phone, and booked the condo. It was the best decision we could have made. Jack and Michael two of the most sincere people that really care about their property and their renters. My wife broke a tooth right before we got on the plane to Maui, and I emailed them in hopes of some help tracking down a dentist. When we landed, in my inbox was the name and phone number for a local dentist that was able to see her. She got into him the next day and we were able to move on with our vacation. This condo is amazing! You do not hear noise through the walls from other condos and the view is fantastic! While there are small issues, they are purely self preference. The bed is a little small (my wife and I are spoiled with and Egyptian King at home, so god forbid we have to actually share bedspace ;-) ) and it does squeek a bit, but it is far better than most hotel beds I have slept in. So, I was well rested most of the trip. The biggest issue we had was that the bathroom door has little clearance and makes opening and closing it while using the sink and shower a little cumbersome so we just left it wide open most of the time. Alright, now the good stuff! This condo was WAY bigger than the pictures led us to believe. The shower is huge and the lanai is twice the size we thought it would be. The decor is fun and the kitchen appliances are great. There is almost everything you need in it to cook with. There was a toaster in the kitchen, and iron and board in the closet, and a hair dryer in the bathroom. Way better than any hotel! Word of advice to enjoy this place even more. Unpack when you arrive and stow away the luggage. You're home! Buy some jugs of water (The stuff from the tap is not great). And understand that your neighbors are going to vary. While this condo is non-smoking, there are plenty of others who are enjoying cigars from theirs and smoking next to the ocean, so you will not doubt experience this on the lanai. Keep an eye out for turtles in the water, we saw plenty. I really cannot say enough good things about the space that Jack and Michael have made for people. They are close by if there are problems. Thanks so much for a truely amazing experience!

There is nothing but love emanating from this wonderful home. Love of design, love of comfort, love of cleanliness, love of organization, love of simplicity, love of superior hosting, love of view, love of you. We were supremely gratified with our experience. Michael and Jack ... we hesitate to join the throng of those paying homage you, because we selfishly don’t want your lovely space to become too popular and impossible to book. But, alas ... greatness deserves recognition! Thank you so much!!

Part of travelling is being smart and weighing your options, The home away from home that Jack and Michael have built for fellow travelers is nothing short of amazing! My boyfriend and I absolutely loved coming home to a wonderful view and relaxing in a cute comfy condo. The price is right, the location is away from the tourist hotels, but close enough to wonderful food, shopping, and beaches. One is probably less than 15 minutes from anything your heart desires. Book this place NOW! You will not regret it and you will be bragging, or lying to those close to you because really who likes to share, about this location. It was my first time to Maui and in a heartbeat I would be back and wanting to stay at Jack and Michael's condo!

Mahalo for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo for 2 weeks in March, 2012. It was everything that you had shown us on line and more. The decor was truly Hawaiian, the unit was spotless, the appliances were top grade and working! and the view was spectacular. We were able to watch the whales from the lanai and meet the sea turtles every night at 5pm when they came to feed at the sea wall. We were so happy to meet you and able to share a glass of wine on the lanai. We have now returned to the land of ice and snow but will however keep the memories of “House of Beautiful Skies" with us forever. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay on Maui. Jim & Lynne Ottawa, Canada

Words cannot describe how wonderful and beautiful Michael and Jack have done with the condo. The pictures do not do it justice. The views are gorgeous, the whales and turtles performed from the time we entered, and the location was perfect. We have stayed at two of the "big" resorts and one other VRBO; but none come even close to this. Mahalo to both of you for your thoughtfulness and true aloha spirit. Our time here could not have been better. Now we will be moving to another condo you manage, and I expect it will also reflect your loving aloha care. MAHALO many times over.

for luxury at a budget price...unbelievable experience. the condo is perfect, beautifully decorated with every accessory you need. The lanai catches every sunset and every rainbow. Go in the winter for the whales. The smallest details cannot go undetected and the effort that Jack and Michael put in to making this a most comfortable stay you could dream of is remarkable. This was our second time and we have booked for our third stay next February. Ideal location for water sports, shopping and good eats. Convenient to everything, yet not part of the busy busy of the larger newer condos. You feel like you are the only ones there. I cannot say enough how much I love this condo. I wish it were mine! Everything you see advertised for this rental is better than depicted. The owners are close and right on top of any needs, not that we had any except for last year when we burned out their coffee maker...Kona coffee is unbelievable. Before we got home from golf, the coffee maker was new, cleaned and prepared to go. Hit the Maui Brewing company for the best burger in town and if you wanting to do the whale watches, slip 17 in Lahaina, The Ultimate whale watch is the best. Zodiac style boat holds only 18 people and get you right up and close to the whales every time. I recommend this beautiful place to anyone thinking of visiting Maui. You are 18 feet from the water and watch the whales pass through the channel morning through night. One last thought....The feast at Lele is probably the best Luau to go to. Personalized service, private tables big enough for your party of 2 or 12. Fabulous show. Ahhhh. Can't wait to get back. Aloha!

We had another lovely visit in Maui. Our second time to spend time at the House of Beautiful Skies. Maui offers plenty of other places to stay but this condo provides the personal touch of Jack and Michael. The pictures and description of the property are completely reflective of it's true value. There is unseen value as well. The owners are very attentative to any needs while you are there and extremely easy to work with during the planning phase of the vacation. The property is very clean and well maintained both inside and out. The extra amentaties are so helpful: beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chest, beach towels. Having the kitchen be so well equiped gave us the options to eat in. Additionally there is an outdoor grill available with outdoor eating areas, and live entertainment provided by spinner dolphins, turtles, and the humpback whales. It is a lovely "home away from home" and we would most definitely recommend it to anyone spending time in Maui.

We just arrive home after an amazing vacation at Jack and Michael’s lovely condo they have thought of everything to make sure you have a stress free vacation. We have stayed in other rental properties and I’ve had to clean before I felt comfortable; I certainly didn’t have to do that this time we felt at home from the moment we entered the door. And the view amazing, whales turtles, sunsets etc!!! We are returning next year to our home away from home…. See you next year Jack and Michael. Mahola

1. The condo is as close to the ocean as you can be and remain dry. Ocean waves are a beautiful background sound. Bonus, the condo is away from the main highway so no traffic noise. 2. Clean, clean, clean. 3. Michael and Jack are wonderful owners who truly care about the condo and will do their best to help you have a memorable holiday.

We didn't believe all of the five star reviews, so decided to take a chance by staying at Michael and Jack's Condo last week. The result? Another 5 star review. Yes, this is not the biggest place on the beach, but it has to be one of the best. We thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunsets, turtles, waves, and time go by while perched on the second story lanai. The sound of the ocean soothed our ears while drifting off to sleep. Impeccable decoration and use of interior space made the place a true home away from home. Top this with the wonderful "local" suggestions of eateries, beaches, and "what to do where" lists from our hosts made our wedding anniversary visit a special one. Michael and Jack truly do a great job making sure that you are comfortable and enjoy your stay. In the condo, they provide small things like beach chairs, beach towels, an umbrella, clothes iron, blender, a small cooler, DVD video's, music CD's, and many other necessaries. The few "goodies" enjoyed during our stay was a nice touch. The location of the condo provides easy access to most activities along northwest Maui. And the area seemed to be much lower key than around many of the resorts, something we prefer. No kidding with this review, and no reason to give it less than 5 stars. The only hesitation is that we want it for ourselves, and fear that the word is going to get out for this little gem! Yep, we will be back. Mahalo Jack and Michael! Well done. Jay and Chris

Waterfront condo with the classic view of Molokai and Lanai. 2nd floor with only the parking area below. Large lanai with such a high ceiling you have a great view. If you look at the pictures of the interior it is just as fantastic if not more. Michael and Jack are gracious, considerate, and sincere. Would highly recommend this place to anyone.

We visited the condo for our honeymoon and loved it. The condo was very clean and had a beautiful view. We enjoyed every minute of it and we can't wait to visit Maui again. Michael and Jack were great with communication and wanted to make sure our vacation was everything we wanted. The condo is close to everything. There is the Maui brewing co. Restaurant close to the condo. It's a must visit place. Everything was great about the condo. No complaints at all.

This was our 2nd time staying at this beautiful condo. As expected, everything was wonderful!! Jack and Michael are attentive owners, and they did everything to assure that we had a relaxing visit. There just aren't enough adjectives to describe how awesome our "babymoon" turned out to be. We will definitely be back with our little one in tow! This place feels like our "home away from home"! This condo is beautiful and well-kept! We loved the wood floors and appliances, and the view is amazing!! We definitely recommend staying here! Michael and Jack were so kind and helpful, and also provide many of the things you might need during your stay (pots and pans, a cooler, etc). We would definitely stay here again.

Our hosts have created a wonderful atmosphere for a relaxing ocean side holiday. The condo was spotless, tastefully decorated, and well equipped. Sunlight flooded the living area and we were refreshed by pleasant ocean breezes. We never grew tired of the magnificent view from the lanai. Kahana is located near superb beaches and the neighborhood is low key and safe. The staff/management of the resort were helpful and unobtrusive. Would I recommend this accommodation to our friends? ABSOLUTELY!

A feeling of Home away from home.

We knew we would enjoy our stay before we even arrived. After receiving a welcome letter in the mail along with a detailed email full of suggestions on things to do and see on Maui, we arrived fully prepared for our vacation / babymoon and enjoyed every minute of it. The condo is absolutely stunning and very CLEAN. The cross breeze that passes through the condo is awesome. We felt like we were in our own little home. The kitchen has everything you need as it is fully stocked with all appliances and accessories. There is nothing missing in any cabinet or drawer. We had our breakfast every morning on the lanai and enjoyed the view and the sound of the waves. It was very relaxing. The condo is well situated in a perfect location, close to a grocery store, gas station and the highway. We were conveniently located between Kapalua and Kaanapali which is where the rest of our family was staying during the trip. We went down into Lahaina a couple of nights for dinner and ate at Kimo's and Aloha Mixed Plate. It is so convenient. We traveled north to Kapalua for some snorkeling and after a long day at the beach, the drive back was short and quick! The next time we vacation in Maui, we are definitely planning on staying here. It was absolutely perfect. Thank you for your hospitality Jack and Michael. We left with fond memories and wished we could have stayed longer. Tanya and Benoist San Clemente, CA

My wife and I highly recommend Jack and Michael's beautiful condo. The location is perfect, the view is to die for, it is exceptionally clean, and contains everything you need for successful trip, including all the necessary cutlery, some beach accessories, and even a big selection of movies. We were surprised to even see big turtles swimming up to the sea wall 10 feet from the condo every day. On top of that, Jack and Michael did everything they could to make our first time in Maui as pleasant as possible. Their warm hospitality was much appreciated!

We loved Hawaii ... we loved Maui ... we LOVED the CONDO ... we can't wait to come back and visit again! Mahalo to Michael & Jack for making sure we had a wonderful time while visiting Maui ... all the info you provided before our visit and during our stay was so helpful ... you lead us in the right direction for everything ... dining, snorkeling, luau, beaches, tours, shopping, etc. Your condo is beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, stocked with everything you could possibly need and in a great location. We greatly appreciated the "Welcome Basket" filled with goodies ... it was a nice surprise! We would feel comfortable recommending your place to family & friends.

Mahalo for your gracious welcome & always checking in throughout our stay, to make sure we had everything we needed. The studio was updated, well showcased on your website & so well "staged!" I felt quite pampered!! As you know, I was in walking distance from my daughter, which was extremely important during her recovery from surgery. I really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with necessary utensils, since I did lots of cooking while I was there! We had lots of "drop-in" visitors and everyone felt comfortable just hanging out, whether it was breakfast on the lanai, pu-pu's & cocktails and/or dinner. We also enjoyed places like the Plantation House, Pineapple Grill, Mala's, Honu, Hailiimaile General Store, upcountry scenic drives, & swimming at Napili Bay. The turtles and sunset were also beautiful to watch from the lanai. Keep up the great job you both do to make our stay as comfortable as you can! Mahalo and much Aloha, CW from CA!

Most Excellent!

Not long after we arrived, we received a nice phone call from Jack and Michael making sure everything was fine--AND THEN--some whales started slapping their tales just off the closest reef. What a great welcome back to Maui! The condo was as advertised--actually better--updated and super clean. There were so many special touches--a cooler bag with freezer packs, beach towels and chairs, a welcome basket, nice tunes, and we even liked the assigned FREE parking--never any hassle finding a place. Luckily, we got to meet Jack and Michael--they definitely have the spirit of "Aloha"--such nice people. We liked the location, which was low key and quiet. We had good tradewinds, so we never had to use the AC. I won't repeat all the the good words from past reviewers, just some info that might help you enjoy the island. Since the oceanfront lanai is one of the best spots on the island for dining, we ate most of our meals there. There is a Walmart in Kahului with good wine prices, but the food selection is minimal. The Whole Foods in Kahului is great, a lot of semi-prepared and prepared items, along with the standard fare. A little pricey though (most of Maui is). Both locations are close to the airport, so you can hit them up before your drive to the other side. There is a Safeway (also good wine prices/selection), Foodland, and Foodland Farms (more upscale Foodland--across the road from the Safeway) all close to the condo. The Farmer's Market (a 25 minute walk or short drive) from the condo is M,W,F--great produce, breads, etc. The guacamole is great--a lot of free tastings. The flower lady is there W & F with a great selection. Tuberose stems for $2.50. The Lahaina Yacht Club on Front St has reciprocal privledges--Bring your CURRENT Yacht or Sailing Club card. Good meals/bar/view. The Fabric Mart in Kahului has a great variety of local designs. Check out the coastal walks at Kapalua, Kaanapali, and Wailea--all have free parking. There are plenty of picnic spots on the island, to include the Surfing Goat Dairy--bring some wine and bread and buy some wonderful cheeses. A Pacific Whale Foundation trip is well worth it in whale season. Haleakala is not just for sunrise. We really enjoyed ourselves and spent a lot of time chilling out at the condo and nearby beaches. The grounds at the condo were well-maintained and there was never a crowd vying for the loungers. A great Mahalo to Jack and Michael!!! Ed and Kim(former Hawaii girl)

This spotless, attractively furnished condo was the perfect place to unwind, watch the sunset and listen to the ocean. It was so quiet and peaceful it really did feel like paradise. It was close to so many activities and had a nice beach right on-site. Daily sea turtle sightings!! Michael and Jack were so pleasant to deal with. We will most definitely be back!

This is a great place to stay. The soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore, Enjoying a meal on the balcony, you may see turtles and enjoy a sunset and lovely palm trees. We had a great time, the place is clean and intimate. The owners were very gracious hosts and helped us make the most of our time providing us with useful information. For Dining try dinner at the Sea House, breakfast at The Gazebo, and lunch at Mama's Ribs and Rotisserie. If you can see a show ,check out the hilarious Warren & Annabelle's Magic show in Lahaina. Take the road to Hana (it's gorgeous) and learn to fly an ultralight glider with Maui Handgliders at the Hana airport. This is our second time staying here and we would definitely recommend staying here to our friends. Plenty of places to snorkel near the condo. We went snorkeling with three stops around Lanai with Maui Ocean Riders, Captain Chad makes it a fun boat ride. I'm sure you'll enjoy your stay.

A Cozy and Comfy Place

My husband and I enjoyed our week long stay in Michael and Jack's waterfront studio condo. The condo was clean, very well equipped, beautifully furnished and conveniently located in Kahana. It was nice to have beach chairs and a beach umbrella available to use, since we went to the beach everyday we were on the island. Michael and Jack are very friendly & helpful which made the reservation process simple and easy. Kahana is conveniently located near several beautiful beaches which are wonderful for snorkeling, bodysurfing, boogie boarding and sunbathing. We also did a lot of sightseeing. The drive between Kapalua and Wailuku was beautiful and scenic. We stopped several times along the drive to enjoy the varied sights: Dragon's Teeth lava formations, Nakalele Blowhole, Olivine pools, & Julia's in Kahakuloa Village (known for having the best banana bread and coconut candy on Maui). The Slack Key Guitar Masters concert, held every Wednesday evening in Napili, was a wonderful way to experience a bit of the Hawaiian culture through music.

We spent 10 wonderful nights in Maui and enjoyed beautiful sunsets each evening from the lanai outside our condo. We fell asleep to the sounds of waves which was very relaxing. The accommodations were very comfortable, the bed was a little too hard for our tastes but we made it work. Michael and Jack have thought of everything you might need while staying in their home and it was evident by the quality of all the furniture and kitchen supplies. They even have chairs for you to take down to the beach to sit and enjoy the sand and water. This is a perfect condo for a honeymooning couple to stay, and close enough to everything you might want to see or do in Maui. Thanks for providing such a wonderful place to stay for our honeymoon. We already miss the wonderful Hawaii sun.

We stayed at this beautiful, clean, peaceful condo for our honeymoon in June. It was the first time we had ever been to Maui and our experiece was wonderful. Michael and Jack are truly amazing people and made our stay unforgetable. They were so helpful every step of the way....even when we lost all of our directions from the airport to the condo. They were willing to walk/talk us through every step of the way over the phone. The condo was very clean and the lanai was the perfect breakfast spot. We purchased our desired breakfast & lunch items from the local grocery store and enjoyed breakfast in the warm breeze every morning. We also got to see turtles almost everynight right down below our lanai. It was also nice snorkling outsdie the condo and even better approximately 10 minutes north of Kahana @ Honolua Bay. Overall we absolutely loved this place and would love to come back and stay in this lovely home again soon. We would definitely recommended this vacation home to another friend or family member.

Thanks to Michael and Jack who went out of their way to provide us with information prior to our trip on places of interest. Their insight of what the island had to offer made our visit one worth coming back for. If your looking for a nice relaxing place to unwind after a long day of sight seeing, beaching, shopping or other activities this is a place we would recommend. This place has a real Hawaiian atmosphere and was very accommodating to us. Setting on the lanai watching the sunset or watching the turtles feed was a great way to end a beautiful day on the island.

When I decided to give my husband a trip to Maui for his 60th birthday, I had no idea where to stay. Out of pure dumb luck, I found this paradise in the home of Mike and Jack. Every step of the way, they made me feel welcome and guided me through each phase of the trip including perfect directions from the airport, perfect recommendations for day trips, a gorgeous and CLEAN condo, updated kitchen!!, wonderful views from the lanai - we could not have asked for anything more. You can ask them anything and they will provide the most detailed information you'd ever want. I could not have asked for a better stay. We felt right at home from the minute we crossed the threshold. If I ever get the chance to go back, I will definitely stay in this part of the island and at their place if possible. We loved it - you will too!

The Kahana condo was beautifully furnished and we had a wonderful time. The views from the lanai were sunny and beautiful. We enjoyed our morning coffee in bed with the sun pouring over the ocean and early evening dinners on the lanai watching yet another great sunset. We fell to sleep each night with the soothing sounds of waves gently washing ashore right outside the screen door. Michael and Jack were very helpful to us months before we left with email lists of things to do and places to eat. We will recommend this oceanside condo to our friends for future stays.

My husband and I recently spent a week in this condo, and we absolutely loved it! First and foremost .. the view was spectacular and we just could not get enough of sitting on the lanai listening to the ocean (right THERE), and watching the whales. The condo itself, while small, was furnished beautifully with careful and loving attention to detail, and a super comfy queen bed. What more do you need?? It was bright and clean and very, very charming. It was a good location for exploring Maui and we felt it was absolutely great value for the money. Our stay in your condo was a pleasant one. The weather was beautiful every day this year. The view from your lanai was like a dream. There were more whales this year than any other year we can remember. We even saw our first monk seal swimming and then sunbathing on Kaannapali beach. The restaurants wre great, although the prices were notably more than our last visit 3 years ago. Our favorite is Penne Pasta on Dickenson St in Lahaina. We will recommend your condo and will use it on our next visit.

We have used VRBO multiple times with different results, but this condo I will recommend 100%. Jack and Michael went above and beyond in sending us information and answering any questions to ensure we enjoyed our trip as much as possible. We had the best time on Maui. The condo was PERFECT. Positives were it was close to great restaurants, a nice beach, and oceanfront to watch the whales - and there are a TON of whales! Negatives...there were none. It was beyond words, and Maui is beautiful. Thanks Jack and Michael!!

"Simply Paradise"

Aloha Michael & Jack, Mahalo Nui Loa for allowing us to stay at y"our" beautiful hale once again. Everything was simply as elegant and luxurious as we remembered it to be from our first trip! Y"our" hale only adds to the beauty and magic of this wonderful island. The moment we stepped into the door and saw the beautiful ocean view just steps from our lanai brought back the wonderful memories of three years ago when we were first mesmerized by it. What a Trip we had this time! We didn't scheduled too many events. Our focus was to be on the whales. We took a couple of Pacific Whale Foundation trips out of Lahaina. We also wanted to stay on the lanai and watch for whales. We were not disappointed! On Friday (12/30) we kept a tally of the whales that we saw from the lanai: Full Breaches - 28; Splashes - 78; Head Breaches - 8; Humps - 51; Tails - 9; and Spouts - 468. Over our stay, we must have seen well over 3,000 different whale activities. As if this wasn't enough, on our last morning just before we left, one whale did a full breach right out in the middle off the lanai. It was as if he wanted to make certain that we would be coming back. I do have one bone to pick with you though. Could you please speak to the whales and ask them to slow down a little bit, so I could get all the activities on camera. This was especially difificult to do! Next time, maybe you could get them to do some poses! (ha) We wanted to thank the two of you for all the help you provided us in making our plans as well as the information you provided for us at the condo. But most of all, a special Mahalo for sharing y"our" home with us again. "E Aloha Pumehana"

Everything was really clean and tidy. Comfortable and very nice equipped. There was nothing left to be desired. We felt very homelike. We have seen whales and seaturtles from the balcony. The interest and care of the owners is wonderful. It is highly recommended! It is really a "House of beautiful Skies and Ocean"!!!

Perfect Maui Getaway

Our first visit to Maui could not have been more perfect! Jack and Michael's condo provided a beautiful, comfortable and perfectly located home-away-from-home for us and we only wish we could have stayed longer than a week. The pictures on the website are exactly what you will find, although the true beauty of the view is something that just has to be experienced in person! The sound of the waves right below the lanai were so peaceful to begin and end the day. Whether you want to just relax and enjoy the serenity of Kahana, or experience more adventurous pursuits nearby, the condo is situated perfectly to suit every type of interest. We spent the first few days just enjoying different beaches in the area, and the last few days doing rafting, snorkeling and waterfall hike adventures. All were within easy distance and still left us time in the day to come "home" and relax before going out to enjoy one of the many fabulous restaurants in the area, or making use of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare our own intimate dinner on the lanai. We also especially enjoyed the Feast at Le Le and the sunset dinner cruise. We will be recommending the "House of Beautiful Skies" to our family and friends, and most definitely hope to return there ourselves again someday!

Another great stay in Paradise

When we decided a year ago to marry in Maui, Erick and I found Jack and Michael's condo to be the perfect place for us to stay. We couldn't have asked for a better home away from home and two more gracious hosts. Rest assured, they have thought of everything you need and didn't think you'll need. Simply pack your swimsuits, sunblock, hat and sunglasses! And if you have questions, Jack and Michael are there before and even during your days in room 207. This trip felt like an extension to our honeymoon, and it was just as magnificent as we remembered. It was so nice to be back. There's no other place where we would rather stay! The Road to Hana CD available at the condo helped us navigate and directed us to all the points of interests. Every night on the lanai, we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, the comforter was as comforting as it was beautiful. The free calls helped us brag to our friends in Canada how great the weather was and the Wi-Fi helped keep them updated as we posted our beautiful pictures online. And if you're early enough, you may just catch a turtle or two having breakfast by the breakwall. All in all, another great stay in paradise. Wish we was there, sipping mai tai on your lanai enjoying your beautiful sunsets...

A Maui Treasure

Among the smaller Maui condo's to be rented this one surely was a treasure to find. My wife and I realized the moment we walked in that we had made a good choice in where we would be residing during our stay on Maui. The Aloha feeling is present throughout the condo and then the view out the front! Just blue Pacific ocean to look at including the daily Hawaiian sunsets. This studio felt completely roomy enough and was extremely well equipped. Even though we were in a condo, we had a real sense of seclusion. We have stayed in many different condominiums in Hawaii and this one ranked right up there. We would stay here again no doubt.

Best Condo on Maui

My boyfriend and I loved this condo so much during our first stay back in 2008, that we decided to make it a part of our vacation again in 2010...and this time we brought his two kids. They loved it too! It was so wonderful to wake up in the morning and step out onto the lanai overlooking the Pacific Ocean and the islands of Lana'i and Malaka'i...and we even had some sea turtle sightings right off of the break wall just a mere 30 feet from the condo! Does it get any better than that??!!! Jack and Michael, thank you so much for, again, making our vacation on Maui the best it could be...we will definitely be staying in your condo when we are fortunate enough to visit Maui again. It was wonderful getting to meet you as well; SO GREAT! Thanks!!!

It was so great to be able to enjoy mornings and evenings on the lanai. The house was neat as a pin, and had everything I needed for my first trip to Maui. "Best Vacation Condo"

Highly Recommended This condo is completely renovated along with all the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. Just come with your bathing suit, suntan lotion (beach towels & chairs included!) and of course, food and you're all set. Get up early, take your coffee downstairs and spend a fabulous morning watching the turtles feed on the lava rocks or sit on the lanai and watch the Maui morning come to life. You will find peace and serenity on your lanai watching the rainbows and sunsets but close to Kannapali and Lahaina if you want shopping or some night activies. The best of both worlds. This condo was "perfect" in every way.

Jack and Michael's condo was perfect for our Maui vacation. The view was spectacular and the location was convenient to so many great restaurants. We found the condo to be beautifully decorated, well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and sparkling clean. It's obvious Jack and Michael care for their guests by their attention to details such as beach chairs - and there was a cooler and cold packs too! Everything in the kitchen - including the appliances - looked brand new. We loved this condo and will certainly recommend it to our family and friends.

We had a wonderful time staying there for the first six nights of our honeymoon. Jack and Michael went out of their way to contact us numerous times before to give information on the condo and to ask what we were interested in doing so they could provide ideas, links to websites, recommendations, etc to help us plan our vacation. They put forth so much effort and made us feel like we were their only guests. From what I have read in other reviews, this seems to be how they treat all their guests. I recommend the Kahana area if you are not interested in staying near all the big and mass-produced hotels but are still interested in a neighborhood vibe (you can walk to Maui Brewing Company, Roys, and other restuarants). Also the view from the lanai is absolutely the best view in Maui. We had so much fun watching the sunset over frozen cocktails made in their blender. I would recommend this condo if you want personal touches to your Maui experience and not the same mass-produced experience that everyone else has. Jack and Michael will give you the personal experience to Maui so it can truly become yours. Aloha!

Jack and Michael, Thank you for opening up your condo to us, we loved every second that we stayed there and didn't want to leave! The little touches you added to the condo were just perfect. We still can't get over the awesome view of the ocean, something we wouldn't have gotten if we stayed at a resort. We went to celebrate our birthdays, and our engagement, it was beautiful, the pictures on the site, is exactly how the room looks, the view is great, I didnt want to leave , Property is well maintained, The owner answered any and all questions I had, and made some great recommendations, I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fab getwaway. Nearby activities, attractions and restaurants are minutes away on Front St.

Michael and Jack, the care and high quality of your condo was evident to us as soon as we opened the door. We felt like king and queen with our super comfortable bed next to the ocean breeze and rolling waves. We loved everything about Maui, and we especially loved returning to your condo to watch the sunset and cook dinner.
