This house is more beautiful than the pictures show. The house has 6 bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, large front to back living room with fireplace, large separate dining room and large eat-in kitchen. Beautiful hardwood floors and tile throughout.
The house is three levels and is set-up as follows: The top floor has 2 bedrooms, half bath, large family room with fireplace and sliders to small balcony. Relax out on the balcony and see some peeks of beautiful Cape Cod Bay and east end of Cape Cod Canal in the spring and fall.
The main floor has 2 bedrooms, full bath, kitchen, living room with fireplace large dining room. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with stainless appliances, silestone counters & a beautiful center island. Sit on the deck off the living room and enjoy reading or just relax on the outdoor furniture.
The walkout level has 2 bedrooms, full bath with stand up shower, washer/dryer and large sitting area with bar. Walk out to nice patio after refreshing your drink at the bar. Enjoy cookouts on the large patio, gas and/or charcoal grills for you cooking needs.
If you enjoy history you'll enjoy staying at "The So Nice House", conveniently located only minutes to Sandwich Village or drive twenty minutes on Route 3 or 3A to Plymouth.
You don't have to fight the Sagamore Rotary anymore, new interchange makes it easy to drive to the house. Walk to canal and enjoy biking, roller-blading or bring your fishing pole to do some fishing, fresh or saltwater.

It is very, very spacious - enough room for our party of 7 to be together when we wanted but also allowed for tired grandparents to disappear when needed. It was extremely clean and offered every amenity needed for a perfect family vacation at the beach! Ellen and John bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable and truthfully saved our family vacation with their kindness and gracious use of the "so nice house"."
