  The unit the perfect location to access the ski lifts directly across the street. The kitchen was well equipment and had everything we needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend the unit.

  You should stay here...for a lot of reasons. First off, booking with Mary was really easy and she is very responsive. Mary is local and if you have an issue she can resolve it for you really quickly. However, we didn't have anything we needed help with which was even better. We actually texted Mary about some restaurant advice and she texted right back to us within a few minutes and helped us out. Awesome! Checking in was really easy and we didn't have to waste time going to a check in office with limited hours. We arrived late and access to the unit was pre-arranged and convenient. Three Kings has a lot of great things going for it. I've noticed in most rental units that the kitchens are small and limited. Not Three Kings. It has huge kitchen with granite counter tops, a 6 burner professional gas stove and convection oven. There were some really good quality calphalon pots and pans as well as utensils and most things you would need to prepare what you needed. We stayed in and gathered around the gas fireplace and played several of the board games included in the unit. Since we stayed in we cooked a lot of our meals and we had everything we needed. The tea pot was a nice addition. It may not sound like a big deal but it was great for hot tea and hot chocolate for cold mornings before skiing/snowboarding. The beds were really comfortable and there were plenty of linens and pillows. Sleeping was not an issue for anyone. And the last thing people want is to travel 9 hours and have a bad nights sleep. I kept any eye out for other places we might consider but the location of Three Kings was so good I couldn't find anything better. First off there is free below ground covered parking under the units. We never had to scrape snow or ice off the car or search for parking. The unit is just across from the Three Kings and First Timer lift so it is really really convenient. I think we underestimated how close it really was. We walked up to the ice rink and lift ticket area in about 5 minutes everyday, and one day it snowed hard so we drove the group up and headed back to our covered parking garage and the driver walked right up. Super easy and so convenient I don't think you appreciate it until your first day of your stay. Main Street is a big deal and we simply did the 8 minute drive from the unit and found parking. So many good things to say about Park City, but not enough time. Stay here, you'll love it for a lot of reasons.

  Exactly as advertised and Mary is wonderful to work with. The best equipped condo we have ever rented. From coffee in the cupboard to flat screen TV's. As summer renters, it was the perfect location. We parked in the covered garage under the condo and walked across the street to the free bus to any where we wanted to go. And for skiers, the lifts are across the street. Great accomodations at a great location.

  This was our 4th time renting this condo from Mary and it won't be the last. The ammenities are exactly as described, and Mary is so easy to work with. We totally feel at home when we are at this condo and cannot wait for our next visit.

  our group has skied all over the country and park city is our new destination. this condo will handle 8 easily. you are steps from three kings lift @ park city, 10 min deer vally, 10min canyons, 40min sundance & one day i made it to airport in 30 min door to door. this is the greatest convienance of any place we have been. great condo great parking . we had a blast. will be back next year !!!!

  We loved the condo! The location is great and well stocked with everything that you could need (cooking, internet, laundry). We had a group of 8, and while we did miss having a big dining room table to gather at, the space was plenty big for all of us. Mary was very responsive to all questions and the process of reserving was very easy! Would definitely recommend this to friends staying in Park City!

  Our group of 8 people - family of 5 plus friends (2 adults, 4 college, 2 high school) just stayed for 5 days and 4 nights at this condo and we loved it. The place is clean and well-provisioned. You can walk across the Park City Mountain Resort parking lot (up hill) about 70 yards to the 3 Kings lift or to the PCMR main bus depot that takes you anywhere. The photos shown here are accurate, that is just what the place looks likes. The kitchen is very pretty. The family room is a bit snug for 8 people and there just isn't room for a full dining table which is why I rated it good and not excellent but those are the only minor drawbacks. We made use of the hot tub and pool which were adequate. We also made use of services that deliver groceries to your condo (thegrocerygirls.com) and made use of ski rental services that come to the condo as well as private transportation from the airport to the condo. All in all it was a great ski trip and we would stay in this place again. Also note, the twin bedroom upstairs is tucked under the eaves and has a small window -- adequate for our needs but might feel cramped for some.

  I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting a true ski in ski out condo. The condo was very nice. It is extremely close to the first timer lift which made it great for having our small kids. Lugging 3 pairs of boots and skis is very challenging, but the location was perfect. Even the short walk to the main resort area and Pay Day lift was an easy one. The condo was very spacious and accomodated 6 of us easily. The kitchen was well furnished and spacious as we did quite a bit of cooking there. The bus stop was located just outside the front door and made it nice to get down to main street and the shopping (if the busses would only run on time it would have been perfect!!). Even in the blizzard weather we had, the condo staff kept the sidewalks cleared which made for easy access. I give the accomadations a 10 out of 10!!! Thanks again!!

  Just a quick note about how fantastic your place is. You cannot beat the location of this condo for lift access. It is a short walk to first timer,three kings and the eagle lift.The condo was super clean and very comfortable. The kids and my grandbaby all enjoyed the condo very much. It is nice being able to go back and eat lunch so easily. I would come back to stay here without hesitation!And having the grocery shopping done when we got there was the best!

  We loved this condo!! It is sooo convenient to everything. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in & saved us money since it was easy to make food. With kids, you do have to take your skis off & carry them to & from the lifts, but it's not a long walk. The pool & hot tub are GREAT!!!!

  Thank you again for sharing your condo with us. Our stay in Park City was beyond perfect. We felt right at home in your condo almost immediately. The view out the windows was picturesque and more than we had hoped for. The condo was in a perfect location, close to grocery stores, right down the street from downtown, quiet...just the best location! We look forward to future visits! Thank you so much and we will refer just as many people as we can...but not so many that we can't ever book ourselves. :)

  We had a great time and the location was closer to the slopes than anticipated. Ski Valet was a great recommendation. The weather was a little warm but the kids didn't complain.

  A great place to stay. Close enough our kids ranging from 6 - 12 could walk to the lifts and back to the condo for lunch. The bus stop is even closer than the lifts about 20 -30 feet. The deck is great for ski watching day or night. The condo has every thing you need to cook and enjoy your stay.

  We had another wonderful stay in Mary's condo with all the comforts of home. The skiing is great and the chairlift is directly across the street. The shuttle picks up right outside the condo and takes you to Main Street and to the grocery store. There is really no need for a car staying here!

  What a great place to stay! We just got back from 5 days at the condo and loved it. We went with another couple and their two kids. So 4 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space for us and all the comforts of home. The condo is in amazingly good condition and the pillows are comfortable to boot! I definitely plan to stay here again. The location really couldn't be any better - you could literally throw a stone to the ski lift. No to mention that you are only a few blocks from the grocery store and a couple of minutes to Main Street where all the fun is to be had. This place is truly perfect and the price is quite fair too. I don't know that I'd ever consider staying anywhere else in Park City.
