While it is always sad to leave a place you’ve come to love so much, we are fortunate to have found the perfect place to celebrate Cheryl’s 60th birthday. THIS vacation was the ultimate in relaxation. I would tell you about all the side trips and activities, but we did very little of that and simply kicked back and enjoyed the glorious weather + the pool + great company of the other guests + and our great hosts, Bibi and Arnie. They not only care about your comfort and are making sure everything

This was our second visit to CR and our most memorable by far! We spent 8 days in Mal Pais with friends, surfing, followed by a coastal drive to Nosara. We eloped 1/17/12 at Playa Pelada. What an amazing experience! Some adventures through the rugged jungle we enjoyed: - Surfing @ Playa Guiones. Rent boards at Coconut Harry’s beach path location. - Day trip to San Juanillo Beach and lunch at the hotel/restaurant by the soccer field. We rented snorkels, but didn’t see much. Snorkel rentals were

We had a great week in Casa Banda. Spectacular sunsets, friendly people, amazing wild life, quiet place like we love. Suggestions, “Must Do”: - Sunset bar at Lagarta Lodge, breathtaking view - La Luna, restaurant at the beach to see amazing sunset and to drink their lemonade/minth - Café de Paris, finest French bakery - Surfing lesson with Christian from Coconut Harry. - Carillo Beach for the feeling “alone in the World”. Enjoy!

Josh and Jamie were here and loved it! You need time to chill. Midday by the pool is great, loved the BBQ and the coconuts. Watch the raccoons and coatis at night. We saw howler monkeys at the restaurant at the end of the road – which has the best sunset view! We saw an armadillo and scorpions. Bring a flash light for the walk home. Surf every day and try to do some yoga with your sweetie. Pura vida! P.S. Lobster and fish by the kilo, 6 am, Playa Pelada from the fishermen.

Buenas Casa Tabidi – Enjoyed the lush jungle surrounding the oasis by the pool. The rainy season rain showers/storms and the night-time lightning shows were fantastic! Although we had the place (all of Casa Banda) to ourselves, the monkey and coati watching was awesome and made us feel at home; welcoming us when we arrived and hearing the chatter during dinner. Good times, very relaxing with the pool and hammock. Could stay longer and will come again! Check out Rancho Tico for great casados!! Ciao! Pura Vida!

Hola! What an amazing place to wake up to every morning – how I wish we had longer than a week in Nosara! I wondered if I would ever get used to the roads – believe me they get better once you figure out the main bumps in them. Take the time to try a surfing lesson – you may surprise yourself and be able to stand straight away.Enjoy your time – don’t wish a second of it away.

Great place here and the people of Nosara are wonderful. Ensure you catch the lie music on a Tuesday at the Guilded Iguana, and if you like fishing you can’t beat Eduardo at Fishing Nosara. This place will be missed.

Hola, hola,I came to Nosara not knowing what to expect, as it turned out I was completely overwhelmed and blown away. From the beautiful complex of Casa Banda to the beautiful beaches from Garza to San Juanillo, Costa Rica provided a truly amazing experience and more. For the new traveler arriving in Nosara, you are in for the treat. Of your life – hang out with the ticos or see some of the country by quad ( Richard – Monkey Quads) or hang out with the gang at Guilded Iguana..This place is very special to me and I hope everyone from the new traveler to the veteran will have the same experiences I did. Thanks Bibi, Arne and Tiffany, we will see you at the end of ’09. Pura vida!

Hola,Nosara (and all of Costa Rica) is a nature lover’s paradise! You will see and hear many animals and see beautiful flora. Nosara is beautiful in large part because the expats and the Ticos have worked hard to create many wildlife sanctuaries and reserves. Please do your part to preserve this tropical wonderland for those who come after you – including us!Casa Banda is spectacular and very comfortable. Enjoy your stay – and PURA VIDA!

Hola,Our two week honeymoon here at Casa Banda was more than we could have asked for! It was the perfect combination of relaxation, beautiful sunsets, mini adventures, great food, and great quality time together! Our favorite spots were the beaches at Ostional and also the beach between Guiones and Garza. We had a blast ziplining, monkey watching and exploring! We hope your time is as wonderful as ours was!!P.S. Poke around, it’s were the great spots are.

Welcome travelers to Nosara. You have found Paradise. The locals here are friendly and helpful. The beaches are truly gorgeous. You will see monkeys, iguanas and coati right here at Tabidi. The coati come to the pool in the late afternoon and the monkeys sleep in the trees just up the road. Please leave Nosara as beautiful as you found it.! Pura vida!

Hello,I come from Florida (like so many). The fact is I’m 32 and I have been coming to CR every year (sometimes 3 timers per year) to surf, see friends and just enjoy CR for over 16 years now. My father brought me here when I was 16. I cam back 6 months later by myself and stayed for 3 months. Over the years, CR gas gone through many changes, some good, some not. As a surfer, Nosara is not really known for its surf. This is the first time I have been to this area. This cabin, this view, the weather, the locals……….THIS PLACE IS AWESOME!!!To all who come the CR – please be respectful of the land & people. I realize there are a few bad seeds, but this is one of the last great escapes. Please enjoy Costa Rica and leave it just as you found it. Nosara is so beautiful. Thanks to the owners of Tabidi for letting others enjoy your slice of Paradise.

Fellow traveler, I hope you find this place as wonderful as we did! My husband and I found this place while we were lost on the road. Bibi welcomed us in, and we have enjoyed the past week immensely. There is an abundance of wildlife here. The bird watching is exciting, The people here are wonderful and warm. Bibi has made every effort to ensure that all of our needs were met. I hope that you enjoy as we have.
