We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home with all the amenities. We were 11 people and there was more than ample room for us all. Kids loved the pool and adults loved being close to shopping, Disney and all the outlets! I would recommend staying here. Well worth the price!

We had a wonderful vacation at Royal Ascot and would recommend it to anyone planning a trip to Disney. Our grandkids didn't mind leaving Disney so they could go home to swim in the pool. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed to make our trip very enjoyable.

We rented this beautiful home for our children's Spring Break 3-20-10 to 3-27-10. The home was fantastic, and had so much space for the 7 of us. We loved the heated pool and hot tub, and being just a 5 minute drive to the Disney Parks was a great bonus. Windsor Hills Resort is a perfect family get-away, and having a home to relax in and a pool to splash in after long days in the parks makes it truly a vacation! Next time we will come and maybe never visit the parks. The pool area was a great place to have dinner and enjoy drinks. The game room kept the kids busy into the night. Everything is provided in this home, and we would book Royal Ascot again without hesitation!

We have stayed in Lars house for the past two years, the refurbishment this year was great. Ideal home, ideally close to the parks, ideal pool, ideal holiday location. Will be back next summer

We had a wonderful time staying in your beautiful home! We had 6 adults and 2 children and we had more than enough space for everyone. As we arrived we all thought that the house felt much more like a home than a rental house. We especially loved the pool and gameroom. But most of all it we loved how close it was to Disney World. We are looking forward to our next stay!

We just want to say what a wonderful time we had in your home Oct. 12-21, 2009. We had 5 children and 6 adults and were very comfortable. We spent our days at the Disney parks but enjoyed so much relaxing by the pool, playing games or watching TV in the evenings at the home. It was a very quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed the clubhouse anemities also. It was one of our families favorite vacations. Thanks for opening your home!

My family and I just returned from our Disney vacation! The house was the perfect "fit" for us. It was even better than described. We enjoyed the heated pool almost everyday we were there. The house is very close to the parks and not too far from excellent shopping. I would recommend this house to anyone who is planning a trip to Disney. We have stayed on property but found the house to be much more to our liking. After being in the park all day it was nice to have a home to retreat to and leave the hustle and bustle behind. The kids loved the game room and the pool. You can't go wrong with this house - great location - great neighborhood - great experience! Debra Neal & family

We just returned from our Disney trip Nov. 28th thru Dec.7 and had a wonderfull time while staying at your lovely home. The pool was great after a long day in the parks and was surprisingly warm even in December(thanks to the heater). We loved being able to put the kids to bed upstairs and not have to tip toe the rest of the night. We were 10 minutes to all the parks except Magic Kingdom which took a little longer with the monorail (30 minutes door to gate) but well worth the time for our family. We also took advantage of the resort pool at Windsor Hills and wished we had got to spend more time there. We will definately be returning to your home. Thanks for a great vacation.

Lars, We so very much enjoyed our stay at Royal Ascot! It was everything I expected and more. My mom and brother and his family were all very impressed. We had lots of room for the people in our party to spread out and enjoy our week there in Florida. We would definitely encourage anyone to use your home and would love to keep it in mind for future visits.

The location is ideal especially after the long days at Disney, it was only a 10 minute journey back! We all loved the pool, well equiped games room & very comfortable bedrooms. Lars & Anneli, We just returned from staying at Royal Ascot (March 30-April 5) and just want to say it was perfect for our family of 8 and better than expected. Not only is the location within Windsor Hills ideal and a great neighborhood, but it was amazingly close to all the parks. From drive way to parking at Animal Kingdom was less than 10 minutes and super convenient. Your home is beautifully decorated and we enjoyed every room but the dining room, as we did not want to mess up the beautiful table arrangement. The kids spent every morning and nearly every evening in your games room, while the adults relaxed around the hot tub and pool. We will highly recommend your relaxing home to our friends, and look forward to the opportunity of visiting again. Thanks again for helping to make a great vacation for our family.

Thank you so much for providing such a lovely home for all to enjoy! We stayed at the Royal Ascot 12/11-18/07 and had a wonderful time. The location is fantastic, so close to all the parks and attractions, yet still provides a private retreat away from the crowds. At the end of the day we were all just as excited to be returning to to "our Florida home away from home" as when we set out in the morning on our daily adventures! We had a great vacation (12/21-12/28/07) staying in your rental home where we had everything we needed and plenty of room for everyone. Our family of 10 (including 3 couples)enjoyed relaxing at home at the end of whirlwind tours of the crowded parks. Windsor Hills has a friendly "neighborhood" atmosphere, and everything (stores, restaurants, parks) is only a quick drive from the house.

Lars & Anneli, Thank you for allowing us to rent the beautiful "Royal Ascot" from 11/22-11/28/07. You were great to work with and everthing went smoothly. Your home is gorgeous and it truly exceeded our expectations. From the gate entrance to your property everthing was very clean and we felt safe. The kids enjoyed the swimming pool and we all enjoyed the spa. The kids loved the game room and they constanly challenged us to a game of pool. The property is within minutes to all the major parks and attractions. We were very grateful for that especially after being in the parks all day. Our party of 7, 4 adults and 3 children stayed at Royal ASCOT for 2 weeks from Sept 22nd '07. It really lived up to my expectations after viewing it online. It was spacious, comfortable and a real home from home. The location of the villa within Windsor Hills was excellent and the resort itself was 1st class. The location of Windsor Hills to all attractions is excellent. It took us 5 minutes to get from the driveway to Animal Kingdom!!
