we were so pleased with debbie's condo! the beach was so close that we walked every day - exactly as the description says, about a half block. the pool at the condo was unbelievable. perfect as a spot to hang out in after our time at the beach was done each day! we took our 6 year old daughter and a babysitter (senior in high school). the condo was plenty big enough for the 4 of us. debbie's description was extremely accurate. the colors and decor are wonderful! and mapquest took us directly to the condo with no problem! the property was very clean and well kept. debbie was great and easy to communicate with! i would recommend this property WITHOUT RESERVATION to friends and family! well, i don't want to tell too many people of my "secret" find! =) we love the convenience of this condo to the fabulous beaches of 30A. rosemary beach is the closest - there are so many cute stores there. but of course our favorite ended up being the sugar shak! seaside has awesome places to shop, eat, and hang out! duckies is precious for kids clothes, toys, etc. bare foot bbq was WONDERFUL! sundog books was great! heavenly had such good cupcakes! and it's hard to beat bud & alley's pizza bar! families vacationing in the other units were extremely friendly and we have actually talked about us all meeting back up at inlet beach! thank you, debbie, for opening up your home away from home to us! we hope to go back sometime in the future!

Fishing Getaway "base camp"

In planning a deep sea fishing trip for my son and I, I searched the 30A area for a small, clean yet affordable place to stay for a few days. I was fortunate to find this property but like most, wondered if it would live up to the other reviews and the posted pics. I'm happy to report that it did. Since we were going to be spending most of our time on the beach or the water, we didn't need anything with a lot of extras. Nevertheless, this studio provided all that it promised and the pictures matched what was on site. The flat screen TV was nice and made our evenings fun & relaxing. As this was our "base camp," the studio was conveniently located near Rosemary & PCB and was so easy to find, making it a breeze traversing Highway 98 or scenic 30A. Also, since this studio was part of a unit housing other studios, I found it pleasantly quiet and peaceful. The beach was an easy walk, the pool in pristine condition, beds comfortable, and the amenities perfect for what we needed. My only gripe would be the request to keep the AC at 72; it got a bit stuffy at night even with the fans. All in all, a great find! Sunnyside Up

My fiance and I stayed there for a week and had a blast. The condo is not only beautiful but it makes you feel right at home. The condo overlooks the sparkling pool and the beautiful gazebo, which we used almost every night for grilling. The beach is about a half of a block away and is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. Also it isn't too crowded and isn't full of rowdy party college students, which was a plus for us. There is a couple of restaurants across the highway and grocery stores a couple miles away. I would recommend this condo to anyone I know.

The description and pictures don't do this condo justice. The unit is warm and inviting, beautifully maintained, and offers all the comforts of home. It was wonderful to wake up, walk out on the balcony and simply enjoy the sea breeze and relax. The pool is great but with that beautiful beach being only a half block away, most of my time was spent there. There are some really great restaurants nearby as well as groceries, attractions, and shopping. I loved my stay here and will definitely be back. Thank you Debbie for a great vacation.

Beautiful condo. It is clean, well-maintained & well-stocked. Watched an awesome sunset over the ocean from the balcony. The balcony also overlooks the clear, sparkling pool. Looks so inviting, but it's still a little cool this trip. A very short walk (less than half a block!) takes you to the pristine, uncrowded beach. Great restaurants nearby in either direction. Will definitely stay here again!!!!

The pictures and description do not do this unit justice. This was one of the BEST places we have stayed, quiet and breathtaking. Debbie was very easy to deal with and very patient. Would be highly recomended.
