The ocean views from throughout this two bedroom, two full bath, third floor unit are outstanding! A non-smoking unit that sleeps six, one king bedroom with full view of the gulf, a guest queen and a pull out sofa. Three color TV's, DVD, VCR, complete with full washer and dryer, and a completely appointed kitchen and dining room. All the necessary items needed for a comfortable stay.
You will love the Maravilla!! It offers a two and a half acre private beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, two tennis courts, shuffleboard, exercise room, clubhouse, and large interior parking area. This is a family development with plenty of greenspace for play. The beautiful sugar white sands await you as will two complimentary BEACH CHAIRS and UMBRELLA (weather and beach conditions permitting, between Mid March and Late October).
Destin is growing and there is so much to do!!! Activities in the area include shopping, deep-sea fishing, golfing, water parks, go-cart racing, boat rental, Gulfarium, Gold's Gym, Bass Pro, Silver Sands Outlet Mall, Destin Commons Shopping, and many great restaurants. You will be sure to find something to please everyone.
