Inside, spoil yourself with comfort and convenience: 2 kitchens, custom glass/granite countertops, state-of-the-art integrated music and entertainment systems, bamboo flooring, custom wet bar, open kitchen/living/dining area, 4 covered decks, 2 large screened porches and poolside screened dining area.
Located at a beach access on the canal, close to the Beach Club and the Ocean Creek Golf Course, you will enjoy stunning sunsets over the water. Directly beach access, with sandy beach at our access at all times, even at high tide!
First Floor: Enter this refuge custom made for privacy and comfort. Each of the four bedrooms is fully equipped with closet, bedside tables with reading lights, and private baths. Two Master Queen Bedrooms (one w/additional daybed/trundle and large luxury shower). One bedroom with two extra-long twins. One bedroom with custom built-in queen and twin bunk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
The morning kitchen is perfect for AM coffee or late night babysitting. It is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, sink, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and dining table.
At the beach, it's important that the kids have their own space to play games, have a snack or watch movies. Our playroom will be home base with twin sleeper sofa, bean bags, wide-screen TV with satellite, High Definition TV (HDTV), DVR, DVD, and integrated audio system.
On the first floor at the rear of the house (canal side), you can enjoy spectacular marsh views and sunsets on the large covered deck or hone that competetive edge with a game of backgammon on the screened porch. From the front porch, read the morning paper and watch folks pass along the bike path.
Second Floor: This is the main living area, designed on the top floor for spectacular burnt orange sunsets and a bird's eye view of the marsh and canal. The open floor plan allows for full participation by all guests...provide commentary to the cooks as you mix your drink at the wet bar...play cards in the sunny canal room while friends watch the 50" plasma TV with high definition channels...stir it up at the music system with indoor and outdoor speakers.
Two Bedrooms, Two Baths - Master King Bedroom with luxury marble bathroom and shower built for two. Twin sleeper sofa. Private access to large screened in deck overlooking pool and canal. Second bedroom with custom built-in queen and twin bunk.
Open living/dining/entertainment space: Gourmet eat-in kitchen with all new stainless appliances, Calphalon cookware, and island seating for six. Large dining area with seating for 12. Additional seating on bistro tables. Great room with wide screen TV, home theatre system and DVR, DVD and sat. Wet bar with ice-maker, refrigerator, sink and plenty of wine glasses and tumblers.
Double sleeper sofa and comfortable seating for the entire party. Wood paneled sunroom provides 3 views of canal. Covered deck and screened-in porch complete this top floor living space that will make you want to keep the party at home!
Ground Level:
Saltwater (no chlorine smell!) swimming pool, Cool Deck sundeck with chaise lounges and patio furniture...fenced and private. Pool is large with built-in seating inside. Screened dining area. Ping pong table. Two outdoor showers for adults and one for children. Refrigerator/freezer for convenient access to refreshments on those hot summer days by the pool. Covered parking for two cars and space for six cars in total.
Extras:
HDTV, 50" high definition plasma with high definition satellite TV and DVR, wireless broadband internet, unlimited domestic long distance, flat screen TVs with DVD players in bedrooms,baby gear including Pack-n-Play, high chair and infant bathtub. All bedrooms are comfortably equipped with state-of-the-art, body conforming mattresses by Myria Mattress (check them out on the web), 100% hypo-allergenic pillows, 100% cotton sheets and towels. Enjoy two washing machines and two dryers, and two sit-on-top Ocean Kayak with seats and paddles.
This home is owned and managed by local residents who are native Beaufortonians. We know the area like the back of our hands and can help you plan your vacation, which we know is very important to you. We also have staff on call to assist you with the house and pool.

This house was a great place for our family. It was large enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. It is nice that each bedroom has its own private bathroom. We especially enjoyed the private pool---no need to pack up and carry everything to a public pool. The beach is so close...we enjoyed the moonlight on the ocean, and the sunrise at the beach was awesome. This house was clean and well furnished. The owners were friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Our family has vacationed at this house 4 years. Good location. Luxurious, but comfortable. Highly recommended.
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This house was in the perfect location. It has a canal behind it and the beach about 100 yards in front of it. The beds and bathrooms were amazing. The provided kayak was great on the canal, and we rode the bikes all over the island. Having our own pool was just fantastic! We loved it!
Recommended for:Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children.
