First Floor: Enter this refuge custom made for privacy and comfort. Each of the four bedrooms is fully equipped with closet, bedside tables with reading lights, and private baths. Two Master Queen Bedrooms (one w/additional daybed/trundle and large luxury shower). One bedroom with two extra-long twins. One bedroom with custom built-in queen and twin bunk. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.
The morning kitchen is perfect for AM coffee or late night babysitting. It is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, icemaker, sink, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and dining table.
At the beach, it's important that the kids have their own space to play games, have a snack or watch movies. Our playroom will be home base with twin sleeper sofa, bean bags, wide-screen TV with satellite, High Definition TV (HDTV), DVR, DVD, and integrated audio system.
On the first floor at the rear of the house (canal side), you can enjoy spectacular marsh views and sunsets on the large covered deck or hone that competetive edge with a game of backgammon on the screened porch. From the front porch, read the morning paper and watch folks pass along the bike path.
Second Floor: This is the main living area, designed on the top floor for spectacular burnt orange sunsets and a bird's eye view of the marsh and canal. The open floor plan allows for full participation by all guests...provide commentary to the cooks as you mix your drink at the wet bar...play cards in the sunny canal room while friends watch the 50" plasma TV with high definition channels...stir it up at the music system with indoor and outdoor speakers.

Ping pong table. Two outdoor showers for adults and one for children. Refrigerator/freezer for convenient access to refreshments on those hot summer days by the pool. Covered parking for four cars.
