Welcome to your desert home-away-from-home. This beautiful, fully furnished, single-story home is in the heart of the West Valley, approximately 20 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. With its three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with a double, it very comfortably sleeps six guests. The master bedroom is split from the other two, and the home also has a large kitchen/great room, with an island with counter/bar and 4 plush stools, and a dinette area that seats 4.

Located in the Coldwater Springs golf course community, and less than 30 minutes from more than 25 other golf courses, it is a great spot to hang your clubs. This home is also within minutes of the South Mountains, Phoenix International Raceway, and several Spring Training facilities (Oakland A's, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, and the Kansas City Royals). It is also only 10 minutes from the brand new Glendale Arena, the home of the Phoenix Cardinals.

For the shoppers, Scottsdale and Tempe are within a half hours drive, and there's always the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Flagstaff for the more adventurous sightseers. When your relaxing at the house, there's a covered patio with a large patio table and chairs, a gas barbecue, fully stocked kitchen, cable TV, and wireless internet access.

  • We rented this home for three weeks (January 2007)and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The home is well stocked for cooking (pots,pans,spices). The furnishings were lovely, the bed comfortable and the owners of the house were great to work with. The location is excellent with easy access to the freeway, golf courses,sports arena and lots and lots of shopping and dining options. If you stay at this house it will make your vacation special.

  • Had a great week in Phoenix (March 8 -14) at this property. (even inspite of the record rainfall that we saw, and the snow) It is very clean, nicely kept house and has everything that a person would need on a vacation. The owner (Tony) was very helpful in getting the tranaction done in a very pain free manner. And we will definately be back again. The location is great, right by the interstate and close to a walmart. I definately recommend this place to anyone looking for a rental.
