LGI is a special place and this cottage fits it perfectly. It is a little tired. The 1980s wallpaper certainly dates the place. It is well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. The downstairs shower was a nice touch. A must is improved beach chairs. They are completely rusted out. The golf cart was convenient. Mother nature did not disappoint, beautiful sunrise and sunset on que, the birds were incredible and the daily visit from Thomas the Goffer turtle was a real treat. We'll be back but we'll be asking if you made a trip to Walmart. Thanks for sharing.

Hello. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. Our family had a great time staying here and loved it. The location of the house was perfect for easy access to the beach and it was furnished with very fun things to play with while down at the beach. One thing that was very memorable was that while we were out swimming on the beach a manatee started swimming and coming toward us, it was both scary and really amazing. Again thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely be coming back!

We both fell in love with your perfect beach house. We loved the location and after touring all over the island decided you have the best house in the best location. We rented a boat and went to Charlotte Harbour and followed the dolphins! We had great weather - a little bit of everything and saw some of the many moods of the ocean. We ate at the Fishery & it was great as was the fresh seafood we bought at Miss Cindy's. We really hope to be back again - the next time for a longer stay. Thanks for letting us enjoy your wonderful home.

Thank you for letting us enjoy your piece of paradise. We enjoyed your charming and spotless cottage - the living room and lanai furniture were great to lounge on. We loved the sunsets, walks on the beach, golf cart tours (the cart was a great bonus), excellent meals including BBQs and thoroughly enjoyed relaxing. We would love to return and highly recommend your retreat to others!

We had a great week! Your house is wonderful! We loved the view and the proximity to the beach and the dock. We had a good time exploring the island with the golf cart. We saw crabs, tortoises, iguanas, coconuts, dolphins, lots of fish, manatees and shells. We had fun fishing from the dock and went island hopping with our boat. It was a great week!

This is our 5th year on the island for Spring Break. Your house is adorable and the location is perfect. Living room window view of sunsets is amazing! Everything was wonderful. We'll rent from you again in the future.

We enjoyed the use of your Island paradise very much. Views from the Living Room & Porch - EXTRAORDINARY! The use of your golf cart was a great 'perk'. Overall, accomodations were 1st class. Thanks again- we surely will consider renting next year.

Wow! What a great week we had! The location of the house was perfect! Renting a boat from Boca Boats kept us busy if we weren't at the beach hunting for shells & shark teeth. This was a great time to rent because we were the only ones in the neighborhood. The Island Soap Company was a nice place to pick up local souvenirs. This is an island that we will definitely be back to visit! Thanks again! We saw...turtles, dolphins, egrets, and manatees. It was great!!

We had a great time! You really thought of everything to make our stay "like home". We had a wonderful variety of weather, windy, calm & one night of a rainstorm. We all enjoyed our long stay here! We made it like our home away from home. The shells are great here, so is the fishing. We enjoyed long walks at sun set. We love cruising around in the golf cart!!!
